I booked Jay last minute to take care of my Rocky, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! He was wonderful with communication from start to finish, sending me regular photo and video updates so I knew Rocky was happy and in great hands. It gave me so much peace of mind to see how comfortable and cared for he was. He went above and beyond to make the whole process smooth and stress-free, and it was truly a pleasure working with him. Jay just watched our pup for the first time, an overnighter. When we weren’t able to get ahold of our old dog sitter, we nervously started hunting for a new one. We are very specific about who watches our dog, Nova, due to her breed and anxious nature. We never want her to fall into the wrong hands. I was impressed by Jay’s profile and he definitely delivered. Nova got tons of playing time and snuggles in! Jay’s home and property were set up perfectly for any dog that visits or stays. I noticed that he did extra precautions to ensure the safety of our dog. He sent us tons of photos and videos and understood that we couldn’t give a set time for pick up. He answered back almost immediately every time we reached out. We look forward to hiring Jay again in the future and we’re thankful to have a new safe spot for Nova when we’re gone!

Jay was an awesome dog boarder! He kept us updated with pictures and videos of our pups every morning. It was clear they were having a great time playing with the other dogs and getting lots of affection. We felt completely at ease knowing they were in such good hands. We highly recommend Royal Crown Kennel for your boarding needs. Our Old English Sheepdog pup had the time of his life during his one week staycation running around the 11/2 acre fenced yard and playing with newly made friends. Jay sent us regular photos and videos. He also provides each pet individual care, attention and is happy to provide each pet with individual nutrition. We got our pup from Royal Crown kennel when he was 9 wks old. He is now 10 months old. We knew when we first met Jay that we would use him and Royal Crown kennel for our pups boarding needs. It is a 2 hr drive from our house (4 hr round trip) to Royal Crown Kennel and every mile is worth the peace of mind entrusting the care and safety of our pup to Jay. We are already planning our next trip and our pups staycation with Jay at Royal Crown Kennel

I cannot recommend Jay enough! My dog Skipper has stayed over at Jay's on multiple occasions now and everytime it has been a great experience. This was the first time since I've had Skipper that I've left him for a long period of time (2 weeks) but I knew Jay would take great care of him. I loved seeing all of the picture and video updates Jay sent of Skipper playing with his other doggie friends in Jay's giant backyard. Now whenever I go to drop him off he realizes where we are going as soon as I turn down his street and he can't wait to get out of the car and see Jay and start playing! If you need someone to truly take great care of your dog while you are away, I highly recommend Jay!

Jay was excellent with my dog Bella. Bella is a rescue and she is nervous around new people and other dogs. Bella seem to do great with Jay and the other dogs he was boarding. Jay sent us pictures and videos on how Bella was doing . I would use Jay again and recommed his services.

Another successful getaway at Jay’s house, lots of pictures of Jessie playing and snuggling with other dogs, Jay takes an amazing care of Jessie and makes our lives a lot easier, we do t feel bad at all when we need to leave her there because we know she’s gonna have a blast!!! Thank you Jay!!!

This was our first time leaving our dog “Teddy” since our move last year from the UK to the USA. We weren’t sure what to expect as things are a lot different here to what we were used to. I was quite particular about where/who we left Teddy with, but after our meet and greet with Jay, I knew he’d be in great hands! Jay’s passion for the dogs clearly shows and the land he has to let the dogs roam free to play and explore is fabulous! Jay kept in daily touch with us, sending pictures and videos which were a special touch. We will be using Jay again and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for quality care for their dog!

We had a great experience with jay he is very caring and loving towards the animals he takes care of he was very patient with our one year old yoshi and sent many pictures and videos to show us how they were doing I highly recommend him to anyone who wants the best care for their pet!

Jay made me feel at ease taking care of our Annie. Annie loved getting to play with his pups! He was responsive the entire time he had her and kept us updated daily with photos and videos! We will definitely use Jay again next time we need a sitter for our Annie girl!

Booked a very last minute sitting and was so grateful he was able to accommodate my dog, Leila!! From the start, communication was excellent. I received 5 pictures and 2 videos for a 2 night stay. I appreciated the updates and how attentive he was to her needs during the short stay. Leila can be a little anxious in new environments, but she warmed up to him and his pack. She came home happy and well cared for. The only small hiccup was that she came home without her blanket and tag, but he was quick to apologize and explained that he had washed her blanket and simply forgot to return it in the rush. Mistakes happen, and I appreciated his honesty and kindness. Overall, I felt very confident leaving Leila in his care and would absolutely book again. Highly recommend him for anyone looking for a responsible, experienced sitter—even on short notice!

This is the fourth time Jay has watched our Old English Sheepdog, Seema, and we couldn’t ask for a better sitter! She always has the best time playing with her sheepdog family, and we love getting all the updates. It’s such a comfort knowing she’s in such loving, familiar hands. Highly recommend Jay!!
