Jane fed our cat, cleaned the litter box, brushed him twice a day, and sent photos and videos. However, we were disappointed in that we had contracted her to house sit - stay the night - which she failed to do. As such, our cat was alone almost the entire 4 days and our house was left unattended which posed security concerns. To her credit, Jane admitted the error, apologized, and credited back our entire fee.

Fantastic, Jane was great with Enzo, he has high energy and is very strong he can be a lot because he’s still a puppy but she was able to take on the challenge! Enzo loved her. If I could give Jane more than 5-stars I would. I could tell right of the bat that Jane was a total dog lover. Her tone and demeanor around my two active pups, was extremely comfortable, calming and attuned to their personalities. She watched the pups for a long weekend, and was extremely regular and consistent with checking in, sending pics and providing updates. From the photos, I could tell the animals felt safe and comfortable. She left our house super clean and tidy. I can say that Jane is professional, trustworthy and extremely caring. I will definitely be hiring her again!

I recently travelled to Europe for eight nights, and contracted Jane to watch Pablo, my hyper-dependent 7-year-old toyger (cat). In the seven years I’ve had him, I never spent more than 1-2 nights away, so I knew he’d be super lonely, and I was very nervous about leaving him for so long. I was a bit apprehensive about using a pet sitting service. Pet sitting is an oddly intimate scenario: this person/stranger comes into your home and acts as surrogate parent to your fur child. Right from the start, Jane put this apprehension at ease. She responded to my initial inquiry within 20 minutes. She has a very welcoming and outgoing personality, and clearly expresses it in her writing. Within a few back-and-forth messages, I felt comfortable with her, and entrusting Pablo with her. At the initial meet-and-greet, she only reinforced this comfort. She was very flexible in my choice of scheduling, which was somewhat abnormal (four overnight stays at my apartment, alternating days with 30-minute pop-in visits on the other days). Rover does not require a ‘Rover Card’ be completed for overnight stays, but Jane still provided me daily updates. All of her updates included multiple photos/videos, and her summaries were long, and did not seem forced. She did truly seem to love my cat (maybe she does?). She made what I thought would be a distraction during my vacation go away. She even vacuumed and cleaned up, and my apartment was just as clean (or cleaner) than it was when I left. I would highly recommend, and will definitely be using her again if/when necessary.

It was the first time i had a dogsitter come to take care of my dog for multiple days and i must say i was so pleased and relaxed with all the detailed messages and pictures! Jane is amazing and caring to my pup!

Jane has walked Honey a few times now and i love the rover cards she writes up! Very detailed and makes feel happy knowing Honey enjoyed her walk with Jane. Jane is also very quick to respond!

Jane goes above and beyond and is so attentive! I forgot to add to feed him on his afternoon walk, but Jane noticed he hadn’t had any food and did it for him anyway! :)
