Wonderful sitter! My Lab Lola was in heaven! Madison sent regular pictures and Lola was included as part of her family while we were away. I highly recommend and we will most assuredly use her again!

Madison took great care of our dogs and they integrated seamlessly with Madison’s dogs, children and husband. They were quite relaxed in her home. I would and will definitely get her to help me in the future!

After 15 minutes I received a phone call. Madison said in 15 minutes Coco TRIED to bite 3 times and ran away a few times. Coco is around our 3 Grandchildren all the time ages 5,7 and 15,, We had no idea CoCo was going to be watched by a sitter! Would not recommend her to anyone! I had to hear how long she had been doing Rover! I used Rover one other time last May without a problem! Please refund our $70.00 back. All in All it was a awful experience and left us in a mess.

We had a rocky start. I was very disappointed the first night Madison was supposed to check in on my pups. It was 11pm when I realized She had not shown up to check in on them so I messaged her but received no response. I also called her and did not get an answer. So here I was out of town worried sick about my babies because they had been in their crate all day. One of my pups is also very old and she is already very stressed out, full of anxiety, blind, deaf and can’t hold in her potty for long. I had to call several of my close friends in the middle of the night to see if anyone could go to my house and let my pups out. I did eventually find a friend to go let them out but before he could show up Madison showed up at my house around 1130 pm. She then messaged me and stated she had checked on the pups at 9 pm which was a lie because I saw her on camera at 1130. She claimed Rover did not let her check in and that her friend was the one messaging me and of course I was livid and didn’t believe her. I emailed rover several times that night and the next morning and I received no response. It’s evident to me that If your sitter fails to do their job rover will do nothing about it. I felt so helpless and horrible that my pups were the ones that had to go through that because I trusted someone on this app. I will say Madison was very sweet, she did meet with me the day before I left to meet my pups and give me piece of mind. She tried very hard to makeup for what happened the first night which was very appreciated but at that point the damage was already done. People make mistakes which is forgivable but this is also a job you are choosing to do. Like most dog owners, I take the well being of my pups very seriously and the person I hire to care for them should too. I don’t have kids, my kids are my dogs. I just don’t know what I’d do without them or if something happened to them. The remainder of the booking was good. Like I said she tried very hard to make up for it and had this incident not happened I would have been very satisfied with her service.

Madison was fabulous! She kept me updated the entire stay, especially with the bad weather going on. Will definitely use again.

Madison did a wonderful job with our sweet dogs!! We will definitely rebook her next time we travel. Having her come to our home alleviated the stress of kenneling our German Sheppard.

First time boarding with Madison and could not be anymore happier! Not only was she prompt but she provided updates and photos of my pups during their stay! Very thankful for her and her family :)

An amazing sitter, constantly available to take any and all of my questions. Was great with my girl Moxie. I was nervous (first time using a sitter). After the consistent photo updates, I knew i had made a good call. Will definitely be using Madison again!

Madison went above and beyond watching my big baby boy. She sent me multiple pictures a day and even some videos! Our plans changed a bit and she was able to keep him an extra day on short notice which I appreciated very much. She took him on daily walks, some days they took multiple walks, and when let him snuggle with her in bed. I felt like she truly loved my boy and treated him just as good if not better than we do. He's been home nearly 24 hrs and he is WORN OUT from all the playing and will barely get off the couch! We will definitely be using Madison from now on!

Madison was a fantastic choice to watch Whiskey! She communicated with me constantly through his stay and even watched him an extra day. I highly recommend her! :)

Seriously.... the best place I could have “boarded” my dogs for a weekend. Dipper and Draco are quite the pair of doggy bros. Right form the start of the meet and greet, Madison’s dogs were excited and super friendly. The same goes for she and her husband. They were very welcoming and took in all the information we loaded them with about our pups like pros! The entire weekend, I received updates and pictures, which meant the world because we have two very spoiled pups who have never been without at least one of us for more than several hours. I was nervous at first but Madison put my mind at ease. My dogs loved their back yard and LOVES playing with their two dogs. I could tell when we pick up our fur balls tonight that they were happy, loved and very well taken care of. I highly recommend having your fur babies stay at this happy pet house, especially since I know we will be booking another visit. I’m thankful to have a great place that is safe and fun for my boys to stay while I am away.

We felt like Tiger was cared for and enjoyed while with Madison. Sending photos set our minds at ease and Madison was so very kind with this being our first experience. Very knowledgeable. I would recommend her to any small dog owner. What a pleasant experience.

Madison was great with our dog Lucy. Very flexible with only a couple days notice for the stay and was understanding about picking Lucy up a little later.

We never had to worry about how Brady was doing because we knew he was in good hands. He came home happy!!!! We would recommend her to friends!

It was great to know I could leave for the holidays and trust that my dog was in good hands. Madison gave me timely updates and took great care of my little diva. I would definitely use Madison again.
