If I could give Emma 10 stars, I would! From my first message checking her availability, she was very responsive. Then we made arrangements to do a meet & greet to make sure she was a good fit w/my fur babies. She is better than good, she’s a perfect fit. They love her. She was on time, brought them toys, gave them treats, and did a poop scoop w/out me even asking!! She shared pics & videos w/each drop in visit. Needless to say, I’ll be contacting Emma in the future, and so should anyone reading this review!

If you are looking for someone to take care of your fur babies, love on them, pamper and spoil them while you are away, then you won't find anyone better than Emma. From the moment I met her, I knew she was just perfect for us. She is so kind, attentive, professional and genuinely loves animals. She knew all the right questions to ask, my dogs immediately took to her and even my cat that doesn't seem to like anyone didn't leave her side. While we were away, she brought them all toys and treats, even remembering that one had an allergy and made sure the ingredients were okay for her. Her pictures and videos throughout the days were so much fun to receive and we knew our fur babies were having fun while we were away having fun. I never worried for one minute about them in her care and felt so at ease that she was with them. My home was well taken care of and clean when I returned. She was so respectful of our home, took great care of our pets and was an absolute pleasure to talk to. She takes her career very seriously and I was just so incredibly impressed with her customer experience attitude. She even left us a handwritten thank you note. There are many professionals that could learn a lot from Emma about how to run a business and delight customers to keep them coming back. I simply cannot recommend her enough!

Emma did a fantastic job taking care of my two dogs. From our first conversation, it was clear she has a genuine passion for animals, and that really came through during her time with them. She was thoughtful, brought them treats, and made sure they were well cared for. I truly appreciated her support and attention to detail. I’ve already left her a good review but need to leave another since it’s been a minute! We have used other sitters that were a little cheaper, but I always felt stressed about how they would care for the dogs (one sitter forgot my senior dogs meds multiple times!) and sometimes I would’ve even get updates. When Emma is there I don’t even think twice about them! And even if I did, she sends tons of updates so I don’t worry ever! Worth every penny! 😊

There’s no doubt my Kelsey loves Emma and she always brings new toys for him and takes him for walks. She’s completely reliable, always communicates promptly. And a great sitter.

Emma is absolutely amazing! My dog does not do well with new people and Emma had her warmed up to her immediately. She went above and beyond any expectations. Emma is a fantastic sitter! We were away for a week and returned to a clean house and happy dogs. Two of our dogs are elderly and she gave them their medication on time. Since one of them needs his meds at precise times, she diligently kept his schedule. We also have a high energy 3 yr old dog that she threw the ball and frisbee for each day. Daily photos showed us how happy the dogs are with Emma. When we arrived home the dogs were happy to see us but not nervous or anxious at all. We will be booking with Emma for our trips again and highly recommend her.

Emma was AMAZING!! She absolutely spoiled the dogs rotten and they loved every second xD I got so many updates (I always feel like I’m nagging sitters for updates cause I’m an anxious dog momma!) so that was super comforting. We will definitely be hiring Emma again!

I’m very impressed and please with Emma’s services. She house sat and cared for my macaws, 2 dogs, and 3 goats while I was out of town. Emma took great care of my dogs. She spent quality time playing and interacting with them. One of my dogs takes medicine; she ensured he took it as instructed. She also bought them toys and treats. My house was exactly as I left it. I have used her previously and highly recommend her.

Emma did a great job!! For how great of care she took of both Cash & Cali, to send us pictures and updates regularly. We never had to wonder or worry about how they were doing because there would be a new set of pictures or videos ☺️ she put our minds at ease while we were out of town and took AMAZING care of our dogs.

Emma took great care of my 2 dogs & 1 cat. Sooo good at communication & sending TON of lovely pics. I truly would recommend her to others, but I do want to list some concerns. When things went badly, she had her mother intervene. This surprised me since Emma is a grown adult. Her mother called & insisted Emma could no longer provide us boarding, so my husband & I had to scramble to find replacements while we are out of the country. I understand the concern (there was a leak in our house that required plumbers & insurance to come out), but the intervention of one’s mother, as well as the abrupt cancellation were extremely stressful & frustrating. My pets mean the world to me & now I’m having to use several people who are not interviewed to watch my pets until we get home. And finally, she gave my dog her meds in the morning when it was supposed to be given in the evening. It’s not a dangerous med, so it was fine, but still concerning as the instructions I gave were clear. I think Emma’s a good sitter - just keep in mind that she’s a bit young :)

Emma was the absolute best!! Both of our dogs ended up getting pretty bad separation anxiety while we were gone and she was so wonderful and kind and caring to our dogs. Our house was left perfectly and she was absolutely wonderful.

My dogs and cat thoroughly enjoyed spending the day with Emma! They love her and always have a great time with her.
