Amazing service! happy with all the updates

Emily and her family took care of our puppy Tommy for the first time for a weekend. We were very happy to see pictures of him and they communicated with me whenever I messaged them which I really appreciate in a timely manner. We will surely be booking with them again in the future.

We are so happy to have found Emily over 4 years ago and have continued to use her ever since. Buddy loves going to her home and that gives me so much peace of mind when he is not able to travel with us. I would strongly recommend her to everyone.

Dropped our Mini Schnauzer with Emily for the first time. We chose her because of her stellar reviews, nice facility with small own outdoor space and vicinity to LGA. They do a video call and tour of the facilities before you can book, that was a nice touch. Drop off and pickup was quick and easy and during the stay they provides picture and video updates of how your pooch is doing there. We will definetly choose them again!

Absolutely fantastic experience! This was our first time leaving our dog (who tends to be very anxious when we leave) for a long trip. They were super communicative and walked us through their process when we initially dropped him off. We received constant updates in the beginning and photos/videos every day. This was great and it gives us comfort that we can go on vacations in peace knowing that he has great people watching over him! Would recommend!

We left our pup with Emily and her family for the Xmas holidays. Although we missed her so much, Emily made sure to keep us up to date on how she was doing with daily photos and videos.
