About: Hi, I’m Abigail! I recently moved back to the Hudson Valley to develop my career in the environmental field. I’m currently working part-time at a native plant nursery. When I'm not spending time nature and with plants, I love caring for animals! Growing up with animals in my household ranging from cats to dogs (to even turtles and birds) has given me an affinity to not just adore all types of animals, but has given me the proper skills to understand the responsibility of caring for an animal. I understand that all animals are unique in what makes them feel comfortable and loved and will always do what is best to ensure the safety and comfortability of your pet! For dogs: - A meet and greet would be a great idea beforehand to get to know both you and your dog, so I can provide the best service possible! - I love being outdoors as much as I can, so I plan to take your dog for long walks as much as I can! - As for potty breaks, I think three times a day is the absolute minimum. Once in the morning, afternoon, and before bedtime. However, if I am not working, I can take them out as much as you/they desire! - Maintaining your pets feeding routine is very important to and I take special care to be considerate of any special dietary care you dog needs. - Lastly, I know it can be hard for some animals to be separated from their loved ones. I will make sure they are feeling loved while they are under my care. For cats: - I currently care for an orange tabby rescue, named Hugo, who can be a bit needy, (although him being special only makes me love him more!), so I understand that cats can require a lot of attention and love, and I will ensure to give them plenty while they are under my care. - Cleanliness is very important when caring for cats, as the owner and of a cat, I know my cat can get upset if his litter box is not kept in pristine condition, and when caring for your cat I will do the same! - Diet is just as important for animals as it is for humans. Feeding your pet according to their needs is something I will take seriously. I work part time, Wed - Sat, however I can be pretty flexible to accommodate your schedule. If I am unable to meet the needs requested I will be sure to give as much notice as possible. In a clients home, I like to keep things tidy and work within the boundaries discussed with the client. Cleanliness is important to me and I appreciate staying in homes that are kept in generally good condition. I try to mirror the animal's usual routine in a home and prioritize everyone’s comfortability.

Litter scooped daily and there’s always time.. for laser and play time! Four dogs whom are all on and off leash trained. Crate trained as well as house broken. All up to date on shots. If the situation allows, the dogs always come on just about every adventure apart from work. My partner trains horses so they are always enjoying running the vast paddocks offered at farms and playing with all of the horses and dog friends! Always stocked up on water with travel bowls and plenty of toys, we always have a blast wherever we go! Ps. They also love water! Fed two meals per day and of course bones and treats!

When I was in need of dog sitter Rover provided me with someone who took care of and loved my dogs just as much as I did. It motivated me to want to be that person for other people. I will love and spoil your animal as if they were my own. Allowing you to leave them knowing they are being well taken care of. I have a fully fenced in yard and I would make any special arrangements as far as feeding, crating etc that would be needed for your animal.

About: I have 1 dog that is a golden retriever. I’ve had pets all my life and love taking care of them. I will walk, pet and give plenty belly rubs as needed. My schedule is pretty flexible. Ask me and I can accommodate. I am free most mornings and evenings. Let me know if you need any adjustments I offer overnight boarding and allow pets to sleep in the bed, on the couch or a crate. About: Hello! My name is Patience and I have lived with many animals my entire life. I’ve ranged from 3 dogs and 2 cats at a time, to just a single chicken! My past neighbor owned a farm so I am very familiar with varies animals! I am a full time nursing student, but all of my classes are remote. I have clinical twice a week, but I still live with my parents so someone would be home with the pet at all times! We love pets and treat them just like humans. About: We have a 3+ acres fully fenced yard space. There is a tangiable metal mesh and wood, reinforced, fence AND a tandem electric fence that we can train your pet to if requested. Double saftey set up so that our own animals, and yours, can run free on the sprawling yard and play in various bushy "jungle gyms" :) We are experienced in caring many breeds, ages, needs, and types of animals. Open to any and all! Animals are our passion and we can take any situation and care request in stride, because we get it and have been there! I can fit my schedule around your pets needs! No seriously, self employed and fully flexible. Our own animals are never alone more than 5 hours at a time and more often I am home all day. With advance request I can provide 24/7 care for young or high need pets. Animals come first in our home, always <3 We have a large property with 3 acres fully fenced in for our own dogs. Their personal dog park and playground! They can enter and exit at will; yours too if appropriate. We can also have eyes on them at all times depending on your pets needs. Inside they have free run of couches and dog beds. We have a side by side queen bed sleeping arrangement so everyone can pile in. If needed, we also have a spare room that can serve as a private space if your pet is overwhelmed and I can personally cuddle them while our own crew hangs with my hubby. We have several animal care professionals we work with closely. Including emergency vet services, terriers, groomers, and more. We understand what it takes to trust your fur baby to someone else! It's one of our own biggest hurdles and anxieties when we travel. You can be assured that your pet will be given the care and attention they need to feel safe and loved, on they same level we shower or own fur babies <3

About: I’ve been around dogs my entire life. We have a 2 year old golden puppy. Who rested as if she’s part of the family. She is soo loved and so spoiled. I also worked at a groomers shop so I have a lot of experience with different dogs. I am currently working part time and attending short days at college four days a week. I have a lot of free time though and especially on my weekends I have a lot of time At home my dog has a perimeter collar so she is free to wander about our yard as she wishes. When I am dog sitting I always have the dog on a leash and I stay outside wi he them the entire time they are outside

I will take great care of your fur baby just like I do my own. I’m a new family medicine PA, looking for something that brings me joy and keeps me active in my free time/weekends. While my schedule can vary, I can be flexible at certain times and available for walks, drop in visits and boarding. We are close to lots of different parks and trails. I always take my very active Australian Shepherd on long walks or runs. We do have a back patio with a yard for “potty breaks” as well.

About: I have been tending to family and friends' pets for years, including stopping by their homes to care for their furry loved ones by providing food, walks, and companionship. These pets ranged in age from a few months to 14 years! In addition, I have professional animal experience as I have a bachelor's degree in Animal Behavior with my most recent position allowing me to work with seals and sea lions- the sea dogs of our world! I am currently between jobs so I have ample time to care for your pets! I am available from early in the morning to later in the evening for walks and drop-ins, as well as available at night for stayovers. I have a reliable vehicle so I am able to go to your home for your pets whenever is needed.
