“Our dog Dixie has an amazing time she especially enjoyed having other dogs to help keep her entertained although she herself is a ball of entertainment. Elthea and Joshua kept us updated at all times on Dixie while including some wonderful pictures of her! We are so thankful and would highly recommend them!”

“Chandra was absolutely wonderful! She took great care of Spock, sent pictures, and update texts everyday! She was very responsive when trying to get our dates set up, and she made the drop off and pick up process very easy! I think Spock is still a little sad he had to leave Chandra's house. I will definitely book with Chandra again!”

About: I’ve always had a dog since as long as I can remember. I’ve always had a love for animals. I take care of my family’s pets while on vacation or just on a weekend trip. I’m do work full time but when I’m not working, I’m loving on my fur babies. I have plenty of time to care for yours and mine. I live in a very rural area where your dog can run around and go on walks with me off leash if well behaved. If not, we can still go on walks, just with a leash. ☺️

“Patricia, her husband Sam are ideal dog sitters. They offer 100% dog sense, a yard that our border collie, Olli, could run around in and enjoy, and friends for Olli - Gila and Amber - two lovely dogs. Olli was taken for a run and allowed to sleep where he wanted. (important to us because he roams at night) Their home is calm and relaxed and dog friendly! Worth the trip from Santa Fe to their home near Pojoaque.”

About: Growing up on a farm, I developed hands-on experience with a wide range of animals, from livestock to household pets. Today, I extend that care to my friends’ pets whenever they need support, looking after everything from dogs and cats to more unique companions like snakes and chickens. My lifelong connection to animals has given me the skills and intuition needed to ensure they receive the attention and care they deserve. As a part-time web designer and content creator, I work primarily online, which allows me to maintain a highly flexible schedule. Since I set my own hours, I can easily accommodate pet care, always making time for dog walks, cat brushing, and any other needs. My adaptable routine ensures consistent and attentive care for all pets. I’ve had experience both welcoming pets into my home and house-sitting for others. I’m based in Taos, where there’s a fenced yard and access to great hikes nearby. If I stay at your home, you can expect it to be well-cared for, left clean, and I can also manage tasks like plant care as needed. NOTE for boarding: I do have a cat. Any visiting dogs must be cat-friendly and respect cat boundaries.

“Alison is amazing. She took such wonderful care of our newly adopted dog. We were very worried about leaving him so soon after adoption, but he was treated with kindness and enjoyed daily walks and playtime with her and her sweet little dog. I would recommend Alison without hesitation and will definitely book with her in the future.”

“Britt worked out so well for us! We were staying a night at Ojo Caliente (and they don’t allow pets). It was a great option for us to have a wonderful pet sitter so close to Ojo. Britt was an excellent communicator both before and during our pup’s (Axel) stay with him. He took Axel on walks and sent pictures through the stay. We highly recommend Britt for dog sitting, and would welcome the opportunity to use him again if we need a dog sitter!”

“Sara is a dream pet sitter! She is incredibly responsible, reliable, and great with keeping me posted on how things are going when she pet sits for me. My cat Luna warmed up to her instantly, and my cat is not like that with many people at all. Very grateful for the peace of mind I am able to have when Sara is looking after Luna☺️🙏🐾✨”
