I have a friendly Golden retriever who enjoys having other dogs around (large or small). I have cared for dogs belonging to our friends and family while they travel and understand how important it is to leave your pet with someone you trust. I provide a safe, comfortable home where your dog can be a part of the family while enjoying our spacious fenced yard and receive plenty of attention. Our two children are older and comfortable with dogs. They understand how to be respectful around dogs so your dog will be joining a calm, family-oriented home. I understand that every dog has a unique personality and routine and will do my best to make your dog feel at home while you're away. Pet care fits naturally into my daily life because I am home much of the time and enjoy having dogs as part of our family routine. I have the flexibility to give boarding dogs plenty of attention and outdoor time. I am able to accommodate each dog's normal routine as much as possible, including feeding schedules, medications, playtime and bedtime. My goal is for your dog to feel comfortable in our home rather than staying in a kennel. Our home has a large fenced yard where dogs can safely play and explore. Barbara was the perfect sitter for our dog Shorty. My husband and I are both retired and we spend a lot of time resting and watching television. Barbara was perfect with that. She and Shorty were a good fit. He enjoyed just sitting next to her and being with her and she enjoyed him. We would definitely have Barbara sit our dog in the future. Shorty doesn’t need a rambunctious household. He just needs peace and quiet and affection and that is what Barbara supplied. We would definitely use her again.

Tom and Tolley took excellent care of my 2 King Charles cavaliers, Max and Scout. With one being elderly and one being nervous/anxious, it’s always hard to leave them. Tom and Tolley catered to them and were so patient and kind! I received several messages and pictures everyday so I knew they were well taken care of. Would highly recommend!
