About: I’ve always had a passion to work with animals since I was young. I used to work for a mobile groomer and shadowed at a vet to get my CVA certificate (certified veterinarian assistant). From that experience I’ve worked with young small puppies to older calmer dogs. I haven’t had any luck finding a job that I am passionate about besides caring for animals. I do have two clients that I regularly dog sit, do home visits, & the other who I do boarding from home. I’d love to utilize this app to hopefully gain new clientele that trust me with their fur babies. You can depend on me because I am also a dog mom and I wouldn’t trust just anyone with my pets. My weekly routine don’t consist of much, I’m free throughout the day currently looking for a job I am passionate about. I feel this is something I’m passionate about and will really enjoy doing. Routine: fed mornings/afternoons potty breaks mornings/afternoons/nights Walk’s morning/night 20-40mins Play time a little bit all throughout the day At night pets/fur babies will be crated unless potty trained or unless requested from parents. size crates I have available if requested are medium & XL

About: I combine reliable care with a deep understanding of pets at every life stage. I’m patient, attentive, and committed to making each animal feel safe, understood, and genuinely loved while their people are away. Experienced with young pets — I’m comfortable with puppies who need extra structure, gentle guidance, and consistency. I can help reinforce basic manners, support early socialization, and keep them on a healthy routine. Compassionate senior care — Older pets often need slower walks, medication reminders, mobility support, or simply someone who understands their pace. I’m attentive to subtle changes in behavior and make sure they feel comfortable and respected. Behavior‑aware approach — I pay close attention to body language and energy levels, which helps me tailor each visit to what your pet actually needs — whether that’s playtime, quiet companionship, or a calming presence. Reliable communication — You’ll always get updates, photos, and honest check‑ins so you feel connected and confident while you’re away. Genuine connection — I treat every pet like an individual, not a checklist. Building trust is my priority, and I take the time to learn their quirks, routines, and what makes their tail wag. Pet care is woven into my everyday schedule, so I’m always able to give animals consistent attention and structure. I plan my days around the pets I’m responsible for, making sure they get the right balance of exercise, play, feeding, and companionship. Daily rhythm: Morning check‑ins and walks — I start my day early, which makes morning potty breaks, walks, and feedings easy to accommodate. Midday visits — I keep my afternoons flexible so I can fit in drop‑ins, enrichment time, or longer walks for high‑energy pets. Evening care — I wrap up the day with dinner visits, medication reminders if needed, and calm wind‑down time. Overnights — When I’m staying with a pet, I adjust my schedule so they get a full, stable routine from morning to night. Pet‑safe environment — My space is set up to be safe and comfortable, with no hazards and plenty of room to relax or play. Supervised interactions — If there are other pets in the home, introductions are slow, controlled, and always supervised. Comfortable routines — Pets get regular potty breaks, walks, playtime, and quiet time so they feel settled and secure. Clean, cozy spaces — I provide clean bedding, fresh water, and a calm environment where pets can rest without stress. Personalized attention — I tailor care to each pet’s needs, whether they’re energetic, shy, senior, or somewhere in between.

About: I have taken care of animals since I was a kid. I have taken care of dogs, cats, guinea pigs, bearded dragons. My family, friends and neighbors have trusted me to care for their pets for several years now and I always treat them as if they are my own. I am currently working part-time late in the evenings at a bar so I have plenty of time to play, walk and sit with your animals during the week and I am able to board and stay with your fur babies on the weekends. However, I will be working Friday and Saturday late nights till 2am, so potty breaks would have to be extended during those hours. I live in an apartment with my two cats and I am allowed to board animals in my apartment per the guidelines of the complex. I am available and willing to sit with your fur babies at your home and I am well equipped with using kennels and crates if that is required.
About: I’ve had experience with dogs and cats all of my life! We’ve always had multiple fur babies in our home at once! I have experience with training dogs and puppies as well as I’ve trained multiple of my own dogs through classes and on my own! I also have had a seizure dog who required special attention and medication multiple times a day! I work from home and run an online Etsy shop so my work schedule is very relaxed and flexible! I am mostly available at anytime to leave to be able to go to your home to check on your fur babies! I will follow all instructions you leave me for your animals! If you’d like, I’d be more than happy to send photos and videos throughout the day so you can check on them and know they’re well! :)
About: I love pets and I have had many throughout my childhood. I have taken care of animals from dogs all the way to deer and raccoons. I worked at a doggy daycare/boarding place for almost 2 years and got to learn lots more about dogs and their different personalities! I have no problem with dogs or cats I love them both. I am looking for an opportunity to make a little bit more money while staying at home! My boyfriend and I have a 4 year old mix who is 14 pounds and a 3 month old mini schnauzer! I am very flexible and you can reach me from 6am-8pm. I am currently staying at home and have two dogs of my own including a 3 month old puppy! So I’m very used to potty breaks, some accidents, toys everywhere, cuddle/nap times, and keeping a close eye to make sure she’s not getting anything she isn’t supposed to. I am usually awake at 4:30 every morning as well. I also babysit my friends chihuahua during the day while she’s at work and even walk my neighbors two pitties they have during the day. I also pet sit 5 large doodles and a mini schnauzer at someone home twice a week! I have two pups who love other dogs no matter the size! I do have a play pen that they can go into if I ever needed to run an errand real quick. If I’m babysitting at someone else’s home I usually make sure the dogs have potty breaks, play time, cuddles, water/food, and anything else the parents may want or need for them!
About: I grew up on a farm & have been around all sorts of animals my entire life. I have experience in caring for chickens, dogs, cats, goats, fish, horses, etc. I’m a mom to a daughter & some fur babies, which means I understand the concerns of leaving your home/animals entrusted with another person. I want to help ensure trust & lighten the load as much as I can. I work from home so I am available every day! I can go check on your pets or your home at any time of day! I am able to go let your fur babies out to potty & play. I can make sure they are fed & watered. I can assure that they are safe & healthy. I can make them feel loved while their parents are away!
About: When it comes to sitting, my special skills really come into play. I have a natural ability to connect with fur babies and make them feel at ease. I believe in creating a safe and loving environment for furry friends, and I'm always ready to go the extra mile to ensure their happiness and well-being. So, you can trust me to take excellent care of your precious babies! 🐶😸❤️ Pet care is an essential part of my daily and weekly routine. I make sure to set aside dedicated time each day to attend to the needs of my furry friends. This includes feeding them, providing fresh water, taking them for walks or playtime, and giving them lots of love and attention. In my home, pet care is a top priority. I ensure that pets have a comfortable and safe environment by providing toys for entertainment and designated areas for them to relax and play. I make sure to follow a consistent feeding schedule, providing them with their meals and fresh water. Regular exercise is important, so I take them for walks, play fetch, or engage in interactive playtime. I also make sure to give them plenty of love and affection. Overall, I strive to create a loving and nurturing environment for the pets in my home.
About: My entire life I have had dogs of my own! I’m new to West Texas and am home daily with my 2 dogs. Duke and Edna! I love all animals but am partial to dogs in general. My two golden doodles absolutely love new friends and this seems to be a good option to keep them socialized to other animals and is good exercise for them. I have plenty of space in my fully fenced back yard and also have 2 large kennels outside available to overnight if your dogs are outside lovers! Please ensure you read entire profile before bringing your dog. Kennels and food are not provided and must be brought with your pet! Please take note that I have farm animals here of my own. Chickens, goats and a potbelly pig! If you are aware that your animal doesn’t care for livestock please consider booking with someone who doesn’t run a funny farm like me! I’ve had little to no problems with my current clients. Just wish to make you aware. I am home all day except for the occasional lunch with a friend and grocery store trips! My son, husband and I enjoy pet sitting and the experience it offers to my doodles.. They love new friends! My 2 dogs are kennel trained for over night. They prefer it that way! We start each morning with a 6 am trip outside! Then our feedings are at 9 am. I keep them on this schedule because it helps maintain good gut health. They enjoy running around the house during the day with me as I do my daily routine! We often go outside for 4-6 hours a day to enjoy the sunshine and run out the wiggles!
About: Loving Dog Care in a Family Environment or in Your Dog’s Own Home 🐶🏡 Hi! I'm a lifelong dog lover and proud mom of two sweet pups who are part of our family — not just pets. I know how important it is to leave your dog with someone you can trust, who will treat them with the same love and care they receive at home. In our pet-friendly home, your dog will be welcomed into a warm, family environment. My two young daughters also love dogs and enjoy spending time with them — Whether your pup loves playing, lounging, or just being close to people, they’ll feel right at home here. Does your dog feel more comfortable staying in their own space? No problem — I also offer drop-in visits or in-home sitting so your furry friend can stay happy and relaxed in their familiar environment while you're away. Either way, your dog will receive reliable, loving care and plenty of attention. Feel free to reach out with any questions — I’d love to meet you and your pup! Hi there! My name is Lucy, and I’m a proud mom of two sweet girls (6 and 8 years old) and two lovable English Bulldogs. I work from home, which means I get to spend most of my day with my family and our pups. The only times I usually step out are in the morning and afternoon for school drop-off and pick-up, and occasionally for small errands. Our dogs are truly part of the family—they are cared for, loved, and spoiled with attention. At home, they enjoy a safe, open environment where they can roam freely. They have access to a natural grass backyard, fun toys, little water sprinklers to cool off in the heat, and cozy spots to relax whenever they need. I would love to welcome your furry friend into this warm and happy space, or I can care for them in the comfort of their own home if that’s what you prefer. My goal is to make every pup feel safe, loved, and comfortable—just like one of our own.
“Duke loves going to Kimberly. As soon as we start down her street he starts wanting out of the truck as he knows he is going to play with his friends. Will always take duke to Kimberly as long as she is available.”

“They did amazing with our pups and treated them like their own. The girls were wore out coming home. We will be using them in the future for daycare. Thank you so much.”

“Had a great experience with Angel! She took wonderful care of my 3 month old puppy, Paco, and made sure he was safe, comfortable, and happy. It was obvious she really cares about the dogs she watches. I felt at ease the entire time and would definitely book with her again”

“If I could give more then 5 stars, i definitely would! After seeing the reviews, I knew my yorkie puppy would be in good hands. I will constantly be using this family as my pet sitter, especially since Jose is a former vet tech. Couldn’t have asked for a better family to watch my little baby. Thanks for taking care of him on such short notice.”

“Katie was great! Easy to communicate with, quick to respond. My pup enjoyed his visit with her this week so much, he started going to where we store his leash and was ready to go. Today, he seemed disappointed we were staying home!”

“Miranda was sweet and very generous with her time! We had a family gathering that started late due to an ER incident, and she accepted him on a Saturday afternoon into night. She also kept him 45 min later than the projected time without hesitation when I messaged to see if I could delay. He loved being around her and her dogs and I truly appreciated her accommodating our family needs and emergency on same day notice on a Saturday day/night.”

About: We are a new dog daycare and boarding facility excited to care for your pup! Our owners have nearly four years of experience working with dogs and are ready to provide safe, loving, and reliable care for every dog that walks through our doors. Your dog’s comfort, safety, and happiness are always our priority. Our day starts at 7:00 AM when we let our pups outside to go potty and burn off some morning energy. After breakfast, they head back out for more playtime! We typically do about an hour of outdoor play followed by a 30 minute break for water and rest. We close at 6:00 PM, but don’t worry we return throughout the night to let all of our pups out for potty breaks to make sure they stay comfortable. We clean and sanitize all crates every time a pup goes home to make sure everything stays fresh and safe. We have a large yard with plenty of toys for playtime, and dogs are never left unattended while outside. We also do evaluations to make sure your pup is placed in the group where they feel the most comfortable and happy.

Think of doggy day care as your dog’s fun, supervised play date that happens to fit into your workday. Day care through Rover takes place in a real home. This offers a calmer and more personalized environment for your pup.
A typical day can include companionship, one-on-one attention, and same day pick-up and drop-off. Many sitters can also offer structured routines and exercise throughout the day. For recurring, weekly day care, sitters will include photo updates so you can see your dog in their element.
Here are tips for finding the ideal day care fit for your dog:
- For some small dogs: In-home day care can be the perfect fit. Look for sitters whose "can host" section only lists dogs weighing 0–7 kilograms and/or 7–18 kilograms. During your Meet & Greet, ask about play areas based on dog size and energy level.
- For high-energy dogs: The ideal doggy day care can offer scheduled breaks and outdoor spaces or activities. You can also find sitters who host multiple dogs to satisfy your pup’s socializing needs.
- For dogs who prefer human-only companionship: Use the filters "Doesn't own a dog" and "Only accepts one pet at a time" to find the right care.
Play groups can be an option when you book with a day care sitter through Rover. Many sitters do host a small number of dogs at the same time. Smaller dog packs are generally safer, more fun, and ideal for dogs who enjoy playtime but also want to relax throughout the day. When looking for your dog’s pack, check the sitter’s profile to see if they "Accept multiple clients" or have their own dogs. Then during the Meet & Greet, you can see whether your dog is a good fit for their social circle!
While each sitter sets their own vaccine requirements, staying up-to-date on your dog’s vaccines is the best way to be "boarding ready". Vaccinations help create a safe environment for all pets under a sitter’s care.
Many sitters in TX ask that dogs be up to date on core vaccines like the Canine Parvovirus, Canine Distemper, Canine Adenovirus, Bordetella, and Rabies.
By discussing your pet's health history early, you’re adding a layer of confidence for you and your sitter before the booking begins.
Every sitter on Rover is required to pass a background check before listing their services. This process confirms their identity and indicates they are not on the Department of Justice’s National Sex Offender Public Website or have any disqualifying offenses.
Beyond ID checks, you can review each sitter's star rating, read verified reviews from other pet parents, and see how many repeat clients they have. Every booking is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care. For more details, visit Rover's Trust & Safety page .
The Rover Guarantee is Rover’s commitment to your peace of mind every time you book. It includes 24/7 customer support, sitter access to advice from qualified veterinary professionals for diagnostic issues, and a reimbursement program for eligible veterinary care in the rare event something goes wrong.
All bookings are backed by the Rover Guarantee , which provides up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care reimbursement.
A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.

Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
