“Monica is the best! Very prompt and courteous in replying to messages, and very personable overall. Our dogs had a blast with her, even our grumpy Frenchie! She is very experienced and adept at handling multiple dogs at once, and has systems for separating pups if needed. We will definitely be booking with Monica again for our doggy needs.”
“We used Ernest for Doggy Day Care. Ernest is very professional. More importantly, he is very affectionate towards dogs and very easy to work with. It was a very pleasant experience.”

“Mya did such a great job with my girl Mina on such short notice! Will definitely be using her as our sitter going forward. She had such a nice time with her dog as well & was very caring for her while she was in heat changing her diaper often. Could not suggest her as a sitter more!”

“Brenda is amazing! I can't recommend her enough. Lucki got so excited when he realized he was going to her house again this morning. I will definitely be booking with her again in the future!”

“Thank you Kathleen for keeping my Brownee for daycare. I appreciate your prompt responses during her stay, the updates you shared, and your attentiveness to the different personalities of the pups in your care. We look forward to Brownee’s next visit.”

About: I’ve frequently been called “the dog whisperer.” I have over 52 years of pet care experience. Dogs, cats, horses, birds, reptiles, and rats! I currently have a Therapy dog (Buster). Animals are natures way of putting a smile on our faces and a calmness in our hearts. We should offer them the same kind of love in return. ❤️ I work from home and my hours are flexible. I walk my fur baby three miles every day. If you prefer I walk your dog separately I am perfectly happy to do so. But if socialization is one of your goals, I can make it a group outing. I prefer to care for your pets in their own environment. It can be stressful enough that their parents are gone and it adds more stress when we remove them from their forever homes at the same time. At my home we spend much of our daily play time outdoors playing frisbee and swimming. I have a pool and Buster loves to swim. In the evenings when it cools down we venture out for walks (sometimes jog) for 3+ miles every day. It keeps us both feeling young.
About: I'm available all day to your furry friend! I am a stay at home wife with a consistent schedule and patient with all types of personalities. Being Rover, I've had experience from helping a mama cat give birth to her babies to senior dog care with medication. I love what I do and grateful to help owners feel at ease while they are away from their pets. I require that your pet be flea free and on a monthly flea and tick prevention. Make sure all immunizations are up to date. A clean pet is a happy pet! :) My priority in the morning is to make sure everybody is fed. (Not like they let me forget since they are the ones who poke my face to wake me up). I make sure the water bowl is clean and filled up. I am a stay-at-home wife so your furry friends will have all my attention. I'm usually cleaning, baking, cooking, gardening, or going on strolls/gym time. My husband is also a HUGE animal lover so your baby/babies will be getting 2x the love when he gets home. Usually at night, it's game time, movie time, or just hanging around with the cats. The cats usually always sleep with us, but if not, they sleep on the couch. I live in a three bedroom house with a big backyard, but one of the rooms is no pet allowed. My husband and I have a shaded patio that is gated with chicken wire so our cat friends can also enjoy the outside. The patio is separated with a gate-door, so if we are hosting a dog they can enjoy at the same time with no problems. The extra room we have allows our guest/s to have their own room with their own window. They are free to walk through the house and make themselves comfortable.
“Jonathan was great with our little guy! He sent lots of pictures and kept us updated throughout his daycare stay. He got lots of play time and a walk! Would book again if we’re ever in the area again!”

About: We have owned & loved several dogs over the years including training 1 to be a viable therapy dog for nursing home visits to my mom. I am home most of the day, M-Sun and have the time to love and care for a dog, and make it feel at home, while dog parent(s) are away. Our dogs are considered our furry family members and I want your dog to feel that way too! My yard is fenced and our home is clean and safe! I ensure dog(s) can go out regularly for potty breaks, and I love walking them too.
“Sarah was really great. We had a meet and greet. My puppy immediately liked her and her dogs. My pup stayed with her overnight and had a really great time. He received plenty of attention and playtime. I would absolutely use Sarah again and highly recommend her.”

About: I have been around dogs my whole life. I grew up with multiple dogs, one of which I took care of myself once I was older. I had dog sat for friends and even teachers before. I have volunteered at dog shelters to walk and take care of dogs. I love all dogs and dogs love me. I am currently unemployed, searching for a job. I live in an apartment and am able to board a dog at any time of the week. I have room to play with them and for them to rest. My building has dog-walking areas and, in general, is located in a walkable area for dogs.
About: I have worked in pet care for over 2 years now and have had the opportunity to work with many different pets. I do baths, dog walking, training, playtimes, and more, along with many snuggles and treats ! I like to go on walks and I have a fur baby to keep your pet company! I also provide lots of pictures and videos of your animals to let you know that they’re safe in my care :)
“Alex was great! He sent me a ton of photos and videos of my doggos enjoying a nearby park while they stayed with him. We’d definitely look him up again when in the area!”
About: As a previous pet owner, I understand the immense value of ensuring your furry friends are in great care — especially while traveling or handling unexpected situations. It’s one less thing to worry about and eases your mind to focus on the other matters. I’m happy to accommodate to your pet's needs to the best of my abilities and ensure you they will be in great and loving care. I’m typically home or in the area on weekends so I’m pretty flexible. I get my day started relatively early so no schedule request would be “too” early. I no longer have pets at home so your pets will have my full attention and care. I live in an apartment that has a fenced dog park and have many walking trails nearby for strolls.
“Tina was absolutely amazing. My dog felt so comfortable and less anxiety leaving her place. She even gave us a partying gift of treats . Her home was welcoming and I received pictures daily on updates on how my fur baby was doing at her stay. I would highly recommend and book again.”

I would love the opportunity to play, walk, and dog sit your favorite companion. I hope you choose me and if you have questions please do not hesitate to ask. A dog walks into a bar and hops up on a stool. He looks the bartender straight in the eye and says, “Hey, guess what? I can talk. Have you ever seen a talking dog before? Amazing, right? How about a drink?” The bartender thinks for a moment and says, “Sure, the toilet’s right around the corner.” I work from home every day of the week so I’m flexible with interacting, playing, walking and letting your pup outside when he or she need to. I have a fenced yard and a pup to keeps your company. Spacious backyard and squirrels to play with. So many toys to also keep your best friend busy and happy.
About: Beyond caring for my own pets, I have experience providing care for dogs and cats of all ages, sizes, and needs through family, friends, and word-of-mouth referrals. I’ve done everything from walks and meal time to bath time and giving medication (sometimes with a little persuasion and a lot of treats)! I am also an active volunteer with Saving Hope Rescue, which has strengthened my knowledge, reliability, and passion for animal care. I work part-time with a flexible, varying schedule, which allows me to fit in plenty of time for pet care during the week. I’m available for check-ins, walks, and pet sitting outside of work hours. I’ve also recently applied to master’s programs and look forward to continuing to make pet care a meaningful part of my routine alongside my studies. I provide care right in your home so your pet can stay happy and comfortable in their own space (no stressful changes needed!). I make sure they’re well-fed, walked, played with, and given lots of attention and affection. Dog parents share their Rover experiences - Northeast
Ernest and his son were absolutely amazing with Rio! They made him feel so welcome, and it was clear they genuinely cared about him. Rio came home happy, tired, and ready for a good night’s sleep, which is always the best sign that he had a great time. We would absolutely trust them with Rio again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and caring sitter!
