About: I've always had dogs in my life, and I think they deserve to be treated with love, patience & spoiled too! I'm comfortable with teacup-sized to the biggest dogs. I have a lab named Penne who loves to welcome new friends into our home! I work from home, so I have plenty of time to give pups all the love they need during their stay. I usually walk Penne 3x a day in Deering Oaks & let her run around the fenced-in yard if the weather is nice. For puppies I can do more-frequent runs! I am generous with treats, happy to have pets on furniture, and love to give pups love. I understand the concern with leaving your pup behind during work or a trip all too well, so I'm happy to give regular updates & pictures!

About: *Recently moved to Yarmouth, Maine and back on Rover - accepting new clients* 🐾 🐾 Rates 🐾 🐾 I am happy to travel but may need to add a mileage fee for bookings outside of my 15 minute radius. All rates are negotiable. *Boarding: I only host 1 family's pets at a time. This provides a safer environment for your pet and an "at home" feel with plenty of attention, especially for reactive or aging dogs. I don't use crates or kennels but if you want to bring yours along that is fine, I also have 1 medium sized crate on hand if needed. I have a very clean home and welcome pets to feel comfortable if they would like to snooze on the sofas, bed, and we have a secure fenced in yard, but I do not leave dogs unattended in the yard. I usually take my dog to the local dog parks and nature trails and would bring yours along too. 🐾 🐾 Basic Info 🐾 🐾 I am an EMT, certified in Pet CPR + First Aid. For the past 25 years, I have been an animal caretaker. My favorite part is getting to know all of the different breeds and personalities. Your pets will be treated with love, and be as comfortable in my home as yours. I always send lots of photos at the end of each day. 🐾 🐾 My daily schedule 🐾 🐾 I work from home as a university professor. My position is remote, so I am able to work anywhere with a wifi connection. I work for rover occasionally and my schedule is typically super organized and flexible. We do at least 2 active hours per day- and we try to squeeze in as many hikes as possible. My boyfriend is also very helpful with the dogs- if they are up for it, he will take them jogging every night.

About: What sets me apart as a pet sitter is my lifelong passion for animals, combined with a professional background in caregiving. I’ve cared for a wide range of pets—from fish and hamsters to rabbits, turtles, hedgehogs and of course, dogs. My original childhood dream of becoming a veterinarian eventually led me to earn degrees in both biology and nursing. Today, I’m a registered nurse, and while I take pride in caring for people, I find even greater joy in caring for animals. I’m a dedicated dog-mom to two doodles we raised from puppyhood, so I’m well-versed in potty training, clicker training, crate training, and using positive reinforcement. I’m also comfortable caring for senior dogs and pets with medical needs thanks to my nursing background. When your pet stays with us, they’ll be treated like family—free to relax indoors with us and our dogs or enjoy quiet time in a private space if they prefer. They’ll have daytime access to our yard and regular walks on the nearby nature trails to keep them happy and stimulated. My goal is always to provide a safe, loving, and enriching environment where your pet feels at home. I currently have a flexible schedule allowing pet care to be my #1 priority! I have recently relocated to Maine with my husband to settle down on our forever home & property. We live in a dog-friendly household on 2.6 acres. My home has a big back yard, bordering on woodlands, and is adjacent to a bird sanctuary with dog-friendly walking trails. I am spending some time improving my home and property before going back to work full-time as an RN. I will be caring for my two dogs during this time and feel I have the capacity to add several more pets to my space and routine. I have the flexibility to plan my day around feedings, nature walks, and yard play time for the dogs. This will be balanced with rest periods inside my air-conditioned home. Inside, the dogs will roam freely and have access to water bowls, dog beds, couches, and open crates - allowing them to choose where they feel most comfortable. I have two well trained and friendly doodles who would love to walk and play with your dog if he/she likes to play! (Personalized care plans available for more shy dogs who would not enjoy being around my dogs all the time **Any dogs receiving day care or boarding at my home must be non-hostile with other dogs so that my dogs will not be bitten or harmed.) We do not have any children or other pets in the household. I offer care to dogs at my home for doggy day-care and overnight boarding/sitting. I will send you (at least) daily photo updates and communicate with you promptly. That way you can rest easy and enjoy your day or vacation knowing your fur-babies are in good hands with me at my home!

About: It’s my mission to provide the BEST care for your dog(s). I have always had a dog in my family and grew up learning how to properly care for my black lab and golden doodle! I have lots of experience taking care of my own dogs as well as volunteering at an animal refuge league called the ARLGP for both dogs and cats. I know how to care for younger dogs and older dogs, my golden is currently 13 years old. Currently accepting clients in Maine and Mass. I love taking care of dogs! I walk my dogs every morning and evening giving them walks in nature. I am home for college, so my schedule is completely open for the time being! I care for my dogs by taking them on two daily long walks, giving them food twice a day, refilling their water, letting them outside frequently to go to the bathroom, picking up their poop on walks, brushing them, taking out ticks, and more! I am also knowledgable about what they can and cannot eat.

About: I live alone with no pets but miss having my own. I do travel and play golf so I don't want to own a pet at the moment but I miss having a dog or cat around. I have a flexible schedule and even better is your pet likes to ride in the car for short errands or a trip to the lake or the park.
