Over: Hi, I'm Victoria👋🏼 I'm nutritional therapist who has grown up with dogs over the past 30+ years, and been trusted to pet sit for friends & family's cats, dogs, and even tortoises. I love animals and also volunteered for 4 years at a cats & dogs home in the UK. I guarantee your pet will be well cared for, walked, fed, and generally made a fuss of, with photos for proof ☺️ I am self employed and recently moved to NL, which allows me the flexibility to take care of your furry friends when you're at the office, or when plans come up. I get out daily for a walk in nature anyways, and would love to bring your dog along with me! I'm currently in an apartment without a garden (why I don't have my own dog) so I offer dog visits, walks (short or long depending on your animals requirements), short stays or keeping them company in your home if needed, as I can work remotely.

Over: Growing up with everything from chickens and goats to cats and dogs, I’ve always had a deep connection with animals. I currently share my home with three cats, so I know the stress of leaving your pets behind when you’re traveling. Having moved from Japan to the Netherlands with my own furry friends, I understand how important it is to find trustworthy care for your pets during times of transition. I’m here to give your pets the same love and attention I give mine. I work full-time remotely on weekdays, so I’m always home to watch my cats and will be able to watch yours at all times too! If you’re trusting me to have your cat at my home, they will be staying exclusively on the upstairs area of my house (60m2), away from my resident cats to avoid conflict. They will have a few rooms to roam around and a camera to monitor their activities. At your home, I’ll be following your instructions and care for your cat as I would care for my own. In both situations, I’ll make sure to take plenty of pictures and videos so you won’t miss them too much! I’ll also send you a comprehensive report on how they’re doing while being in my care. Please note: I can only accept cats that are friendly or neutral toward other cats, as I have three resident cats in my home. Unfortunately, I’m unable to accommodate cats who are aggressive or highly territorial with other cats — this is for the safety and well-being of all animals involved. Thank you for understanding!

Over: All my childhood I had many dogs, cats I nursed, played and cooked for them. My parents always told me that we are responsible for those who have been tamed. It has raised in me responsible and attentive approach. I later realized that each animal is a unique person with its own habits, feelings, fears and mood. I approach each pet very carefully and sensitively, build a trusting contact and respect his personal boundaries. I am a graduate student at Minerva Academy. I am mostly occupied in the middle of the week, and the days from Friday to Monday are usually free. I will walk your dog frequently if it needs. I will follow your instructions as your require, I will be attentive to the characteristics of your pet.

Over: During my study time, I have looked after, fed, played, sitted, walked various dogs and looked after cats as well. I am an outgoing student who just finished their master of science and is now in the transition time of having a job soon. As I love my little paw friends, I would love to spend my time with them. Everyday I am out and about, either on a run or coffee walk with my friends. My friends describe me as responsible and cautious, and as you trust me with your pet, that should be self evident! Especially in a busy city like groningen, where it is hard to have some remaining time for the little ones, there are persons like me who are excited to help and waiting up to go outside for a walk! Right now I am not working, so I have plenty of time to take care of your precious pet. My day starts however structured and active. As no day has passed where I haven’t been outside. I am living in a big apartment with quiet neighbours and families. I have greenery surrounding me and a nice walking lane. I don’t smoke, party, no drugs and I am a very clean person.

Over: I'm a Mexican biologist and photographer. I've had pets my whole life: cats, dogs, horses. Right now, I have no pets. Any holidays I get now, I spend them taking care of animals (horses, sheep, dogs). I love doing sports together, like cycling, running and hillwalking. I used to live with a Border Collie (the one on the photo) and we'd play mind games and I'd teach her new words every day. I just finished my master's degree in Evolutionary Biology at the RUG, and I'm a freelance photographer. I've been travelling around for studies and working for the last 6 years or so. I love taking pictures of animals (and people) as well, trying to get their personalities in the photo. I can share some of those if you'd like. I also love learning about animal behaviour. I'm currently working a full time job remotely. I take lots of breaks and like to start with strong activity in the morning, and very active breaks. On weekends or evenings I like to go hiking. I basically hang out with the dogs or cats all day, and we interact a lot. I find that helps to bond quickly, and I get to see more aspects of their personality.

Over: I have grown up with dogs since i was 8 years old, they are another member of my family! After so many years of living with them, I am aware that their weakness is the park and love, so with me they will have that assured! I’m currently a master student working on my thesis, so my availability to take care of my four-legged friends is currently flexible! Just contact me some days in advance My way to make pets have a happy time with me is making sure they are eating at their schedule times, walking them to the park, never miss their water, playing with them at home and give them love!

Over: Vanwege mijn grote liefde voor dieren word ik regelmatig gevraagd om op te passen op de dieren van naasten! Door mijn eigen boef genaamd Rex heb ik heb grote affiniteit met zeer drukke en enthousiaste honden. Ik speel maar al te graag met ze en ik ben gek op wandelen! Ik heb ervaring met (grote) honden die aan de riem trekken. Mijn liefde voor- en ervaring met honden stopt niet bij de drukke boefjes. Door mijn eigen hond genaamd Stella en mijn ervaring als vrijwilliger bij het dierenasiel, heb ik verder ook ervaring met senioren en met honden met een gebruiksaanwijzing! Ik ben ook gek op katten en ben daar het grootste gedeelte van mijn leven ook mee omringt! Verder ben ik erg flexibel! Laat mij weten hoe ik u kan helpen en dan zorg ik daarvoor! Ik werk part-time en volg daarnaast een studie. Dit maakt dat ik zeer flexibel ben en kan voldoen aan uw benodigdheden! Iedere maandag, woensdag en de weekenddagen ben ik zonder meer beschikbaar! Donderdagen en vrijdagen kunnen - indien nodig - ook geregeld worden! Vanwege de hoeveelheid ruimte die ik heb, is het helaas niet mogelijk om honden of katten bij mij thuis te ontvangen. Als ik bij u zou oppassen dan gaat dit vanzelfsprekend op de wijze dat u dit het meest prettig vindt!

Over: Ik heb sinds mijn 8e een hond gehad thuis, en liet die altijd meerdere keren per dag uit met veel plezier. Sinds ik naar Groningen ben verhuisd pas ik wel eens op de hond van de buren. Ik ben op zoek naar een bijbaantje en iets met honden leek mij heerlijk! Ik heb nu vakantie dus heb mega veel tijd om op dieren te passen. Ik sta ‘s ochtends vroeg op en heb de hele dag de tijd om naar leuke plekken te gaan met dit lekkere weer om met de hond te lopen. Ik ben oplettend en ben graag buiten, de hond zal lekker in mijn huiskamer kunnen chillen en ik neem hem mee naar een leuke plek om te lopen.

Over: Over the past seven years, I've had extensive experience working with a variety of dogs, including seniors and puppies, consistently earning their trust. I've learned the importance of maintaining a balance between allowing them to be free when playing and having a walk while also imparting discipline in a gentle, non-aggressive manner. I am a Master student in the University of Groningen and mainly my studies require a lot of individual and autonomous work, which makes my schedule quite flexible for the entire week. Depending on the day I might have different time slots for taking care of your puppy. I am available almost every evening. My approach to pet care is highly adaptable and depends on your pets' individual personalities. I can easily switch between dogs that are more lively and attention-seeking and those who are more reserved and prefer minimal interaction. It is important for me to understand their comfort levels through observation and thanks to any insights you can provide me with.

Over: Hoi! Mijn naam is Sofia, ik ben 19 jaar en psychologie student in Groningen. Ik ben hier net op mezelf gaan wonen, maar bij mijn ouders ben ik opgegroeid met een hond. Al bijna 9 jaar zorg ik met veel liefde voor mijn eigen hond, en daarnaast heb ik ook ervaring met het uitlaten van honden van vrienden. Hierdoor ben ik gewend om met verschillende hondenrassen om te gaan.

Ik hou zelf enorm van wandelingen en vind het belangrijk dat elke hond een fijne en leuke wandeling krijgt. Of het nu gaat om een ontspannen ronde door de buurt of een energieke speelwandeling, ik pas me aan aan de behoeften van uw hond. Ik plan het uitlaten en verzorgen van huisdieren zorgvuldig in mijn dagelijkse routine. Omdat ik zelf erg van wandelen houd en een actieve levensstijl heb, is het voor mij makkelijk om hondenuitlaatmomenten te combineren met mijn eigen beweging. Ik ben flexibel en kan afspraken maken op verschillende dagen en tijdstippen, afhankelijk van wat het baasje nodig heeft. Bij het verzorgen van huisdieren bij het baasje thuis zorg ik ervoor dat de dieren zich op hun gemak voelen in hun vertrouwde omgeving. Ik houd me aan de routines en regels die het baasje heeft ingesteld, zoals voedertijden, wandelingen en eventuele medicatie.

Over: Dogs & Cats are my soulfamily. I've been growing up with dogs & cats all my life, raised 5 kittens at home and even had my own puppy for a while. I'm an experienced sitter and connect with animals quite easily and quickly. I usually know how they feel and can act accordingly for their best health. I love to walk them around the city, shower them with love, gently take care of them in your house if you wish, feed and cuddle them and certainly play with them! I would love to help you out and let them get some air and movement. Im an excellent foster parent and costumize to your animals every need as best as I can and can't wait to be your dogs/cats friend! Over: Hey there! My name is Debby and I am a University student based in Groningen. I am an owner of 2 dogs: Azor who is 3 years old (24 kg) and Hercules who is 8 years old (7 kg). I personally trained them the basics like: sit, stand, wait, come, roll, give paw and it was so much fun! So, if you want, I can teach yours too :) I am from Greece which means that now that I study in Groningen I really miss my dogs and I would love to look after yours just to forget for a while how much I miss them. And yes, I am one of those people who will pet every dog they see on the street! I just want to clarify that I don't speak Dutch and I never took care of a special-need dog, so for the dog's safety, I can't take care of them. Looking forward to meet your dog and have fun together! Right now I am writting my thesis and only have one course to participate in, so I have plenty of free time to look after dogs and take them for a walk. I see it as brake from studying and let me tell you: that's the best way to spend your brake :) I really care about dogs well-being and I don't want to do anything that will cause them anxiety and to be scared. I can read dogs body language so I can tell when something is wrong. I will have frequent contact with the owner, updating them about their dog's well-being and send them photos/videos of their achievements.
