Over: I have two years of experience caring for cats, and I absolutely love my own cat Cookie. I also regularly look after my friends’ cats, and I’m comfortable caring for up to four cats at a time — they’re just so sweet! As for dogs, I adopted a puppy when I was very young and walked her twice a day without fail. I still miss my beloved dog Coco deeply, even though she’s no longer with me. Now I get to spend joyful time playing with my friend’s dog — the lovely pup you can see in my photo. Your pets will be treated like family, with all the love and attention they deserve. I usually have plenty of time to give your pets my full attention, and I’m completely free on weekends. Even on weekdays when I don’t have courses, I can easily be there for walks or feeding. I'll follow your instructions to care for your pets — feeding, companionship, walks, and whatever else they need. Their safety and your home's security are always my top priority.

Ik heb een flexibele planning en kan doordeweeks, ’s avonds en in het weekend voor huisdieren zorgen. Ik neem graag de tijd voor wandelingen, spelen, voeren en aandacht geven. Over: Im currently working on my thesis and working on finding jobs so im basically the entire time at my house or st the university my house mates are also under similar circulstances so they are mostly at the house so usually we also have the neighbours cats at our house so that is always a nice time. Yeah usually what i look for is to offer some food water and have treats near me so the cat is more accustomed to me and is comfortable with me being in her space so over all veing friendly looking at the litter if it needs any refilling or cleaning if it is dirty clean her food bowls as cleanliness is important especially when there isnt anyone to look after the cat 24/7

Over: I’ve been around animals my whole life and have experience caring for pets of all ages, from newborn puppies to senior dogs. As a teenager during my summers I would care for newborn litters and the mother, including overnight supervision, feeding and making sure they were safe and comfortable during those early weeks. I’m respectful of both your pet and your home making sure doors and gates are secure, water bowls are always full and your pet is supervised and comfortable throughout my visit. I also understand the importance of recognising changes in behaviour or health and I’ll keep you updated with photos and messages so you always know how your pet is doing. Over: I am a pet sitter from Canada and spent two years working as a pet care professional before moving here to Netherlands. I have cared for and loved animals of all ages and sizes, ranging from puppies and kittens to senior dogs and cats. This means I am have a lot of experience with administering medication to senior animals and assisting in training young pets. Because I am a student I have a lot of free time during the days to ensure the most consistent pet care possible. However, I am limited by my time on the weekends as I am most often in Drenthe during this time. Because of my experience as a pet sitting and other adjacent pet care jobs, I am able to care for a wide range of different animals with varying needs. I spent a lot of time taking care of stray animals as well which has equipped me with a unique set of skills pertaining to trust and patience when it comes to rescue animals.

Over: Hello, I am Zoe, I’m 23 and I am a master’s student at the RUG. I have lifelong experience caring for animals because I’ve had many pets growing up; mainly dogs and cats but also geckos, hamsters, turtles and birds. :) In my photos you will see a reoccurring face, that is Macu, my childhood dog who’s still around and living with my parents!! I’ve also had a lot of experience with my grandma’s dogs and, I’ve worked on multiple dog sitting apps (Rover, Petbacker, Pawshake) for 5 years now. I am patient and understanding, and willing to give your doggies all the love, attention and exercise that they need! I have no restrictions related to dog size, I am happy to take care of any of your pets! My study program is mainly based on self-studying, so I have a very flexible schedule and am usually available at all times of the day. I offer non-professional services of all kinds — simple walks, drop-in visits, pet boarding and also staying over at your house to care for your pets while you’re away. I like to do a meet and greet before starting a new job to get information from the owners & get familiar with the dog(s) in order to make sure I can care for them safely!

Over: I’ve had cats my whole life and I’m very interested and invested in pet quality of living. I love animals and believe in treating them with respect, live and kindness. I am currently in a gap year, so I have plenty of time to take care of your pets. My schedule is very flexible and I am usually available. I am currently renting, so I cannot take care of your pets at my own place of living. Back in my home in Poland I have a 17 year old British Shorthair cat. Over: I have 5 lovely pets. Two dogs (senior chihuahua & energetic labrador) and three cats ( two maine coones and 1 grey shorthair). When my parents aren't home, I take good care of them since I was old enough to do so. I'm currently a student, which means I am quite flexible with my schedule. My weekends are typically free and throughout the week I am available depending on my classes. I have three cats that love being outside, but are also very affectionate. I also own two dogs. My senior chihuahua love to sit in my lap and get back scratches and goes for 1 walk per day and my labrador loves playing with a ball outside and goes for 2 walks per day.

Over: I’ve grown up with animals my whole life and have always had at least two pets by my side. Animals have always felt natural to me — I often feel a stronger connection with them than with people. I currently have three beloved pets back in my home country — Elly the dog, Mamm the cat, and Ferry the ferret — and I miss them deeply. Because of that, I would truly love to share my care and affection with pets here in the Netherlands. I’ve always been able to find the right “language” with animals, even those who are shy or not very people-friendly. I’m patient, calm, and respectful of every pet’s unique personality, and I will always treat your pet like my own. 💛 I am currently a Master’s degree student at university, which gives me a flexible schedule and a good amount of free time alongside my studies. I usually have up to three free weekdays, plus weekends available for pet care.
