Over: Als kind heb ik mijn eerste hond gekregen, op voorwaarde dat ik haar uit zou laten. Dat was geen probleem, ik kwam zo mooi onder de afwas uit! Als volwassene heb ik twee honden gehad, één is 11 jaar geworden en één 16. Nu ben ik hondloos, maar nog even gek op honden als toen ik 10 was. Ik werk veel vanuit huis, wandel tussen de middag graag een rondje en doe dat het liefst in goed gezelschap. Meerdere korte rondjes is ook een optie Ik woon in een redelijk groot huis met tuin vlak bij het park van Luna. Binnen mag de hond in principe lekker vrij lopen en liggen

Over: k heb ervaring met het verzorgen en uitlaten van honden van verschillende leeftijden en karakters. Ik vind het belangrijk om goed te kijken naar de behoeften van iedere hond, of het nu gaat om een energieke wandeling, spelen en aandacht, of juist een rustige aanpak. Door mijn geduldige en verantwoordelijke houding voelen honden zich snel op hun gemak bij mij. Ik zorg ervoor dat ze voldoende beweging, aandacht en verzorging krijgen, zodat ze zich veilig en gelukkig voelen terwijl hun baasje weg is. Ik werk vanuit huis, waardoor ik veel tijd heb om aandacht te geven aan de dieren die ik verzorg. Daarnaast maak ik dagelijks wandelingen, dus honden die graag naar buiten gaan krijgen voldoende beweging en gezelschap. Ik bied zowel oppas aan bij mij thuis als bezoeken aan huis, afhankelijk van de behoeften van jouw huisdier. Bij opvang thuis krijgen dieren veel aandacht, gezelschap en een rustige, veilige omgeving. Bij verzorging aan huis zorg ik voor voeding, vers water, speeltijd, knuffels, kattenbakreiniging en indien gewenst een wandeling. Ik behandel elk huisdier met dezelfde liefde en zorg als mijn eigen dieren.

Over: Sinds mijn geboorte ben ik al omringd door huisdieren, poezen, honden, konijnen, vogels, zelf paarden. Ik zou mij geen leven zonder huisdieren kunnen voorstellen. Ik laat graag de hond uit en knuffel met de poezen. Momenteel zit ik in de ziektewet en ben ik elke dag thuis met de poezen en mijn dochter (4 april 2025). Ik wandelde elke dag met onze grote Zwitser, helaas in december 2024 moeten laten gaan :( . nieuwe wandelmaatjes welkom! Ik zorg altijd voor een rustige ontmoeting met het dier. Onze poezen hebben een eigen klimmuur dus die kunnen waarnodig de rust opzoeken. Onze poezen kunnen 100% met honden. P

Over: Ik heb als kind zelf altijd honden gehad en ze ook altijd uitgelaten en veel met ze geknuffeld en gespeeld. Zelf hebben wij een chihuahua gehad die hebben we helaas moeten laten inslapen. Maar de liefde voor honden is er nog steeds mijn kindjes zijn ook gek op dieren. Ik werk in de zorg als zzp’er maar werk nooit hele lange uren achter elkaar kom tussen door altijd naar huis. Daarom hoeft de hond nooit langer dan 4 uurtjes alleen te zijn. De kindjes vinden het ook leuk om te helpen met het uitlaten en het borstelen van de hond Ik heb een omheinde Thuin dus de hond kan niet weg lopen. De hond mag bij ons op de bank liggen en op bed liggen

Over: Als kind ben ik opgegroeid tussen de dieren en we hadden altijd honden. Die jarenlange ervaring heeft ervoor gezorgd dat ik dol ben op honden. Groot en klein! Ik hoop jouw hond een heerlijk verblijf te geven vol met fijne wandelingen, plezier en de nodige rust. Ik kijk er naar uit! Momenteel werk ik vanuit huis dus ik ben zeer flexibel. Soms moet ik de deur uit voor een afspraak maar over het algemeen veel thuis. Ik woon in een fijn ruim appartement waar veel plek is voor de hond. Ik woon aan een mooi park met een groot grasveld waar ik graag ga wandelen. Ook is het Vliegenbos niet ver weg, daar wandel ik graag naartoe.

Over: I grew up around dogs my whole life, so I’m very experienced taking care of them. Since moving to Amsterdam, I’ve regularly pet sat for friends here, everything from quick drop-in visits to longer stays of up to 15 days. I live in a big apartment with my partner, who also loves pets, so we’d be two people looking after yours and it would rarely be alone. We’re close to Erasmuspark, great for walks and playtime, and our place has a big balcony too. I work from home most of the time and only go to the office once a week, so I’m around most days. Happy to take dogs on long walks, or just spend lots of time at home if it’s a cat! Sleeping in the bedroom with me is totally fine, or the living room if your pet prefers sleeping on its own. We currently don’t have any pets of our own. I can do both during the week and weekends. Right now I work from home 4 days a week and I go to the office once a week. This is flexible though, so I can also stay home full-time if needed. I love giving lots of affection and spending quality time with the pets in my care. I do have an active social life, but when I have an animal with me, I try to stay home as much as possible so they feel accompanied and don’t feel alone. If it’s a dog, I really enjoy long walks, so I’d take them along with me. I prefer looking after pets at my own place, but in some cases I’m also open to pet sitting at the owner’s home. As for sleeping, I’m flexible, they can sleep in the bedroom with me or in the living room, whatever they’re more used to. As for pets, I don’t own any currently.

Over: I grew up with dogs and, as an adult, have regularly cared for dogs for friends, so I feel very comfortable and confident around them. I truly enjoy spending time with dogs—whether that’s going for active walks and playtime or simply relaxing together for a cuddle on the couch. I am the sole caregiver and will always be the one responsible for your dog’s care and supervision. I understand how important it is to feel that your pet is in safe, reliable hands. I do have an 8-year-old child who is present after school hours. He is very gentle, respectful, and absolutely loves dogs. He enjoys playing and cuddling with them, but your dog will never be left alone with him—I am always present and supervising interactions to ensure everyone’s comfort and safety. I work full time, but I am self-employed, so can bring dogs with me to work. From there we can go for a longer walk around lunchtime, or shorter toilet breaks as necessary. Longer walks are also possible before or after work. On weekends we can go for adventures to the many parks of Amsterdam. I have a bakfiets, so if it’s ok with you, we can get around town with the wind in our fur! I have a clean and welcoming environment in my home, with room for playing and napping. I live on the third floor, and there are stairs inside my apartment too. I’m happy to carry smaller dogs up and down, but this might be something to consider. In general, when I am caring for a dog, it’s much like having a child to take care of. I do have an 8 year old (who is very sweet and gentle with dogs), so your dog has to be friendly and comfortable with children. I also need to know how your dog is with other dogs and people, so I can act accordingly. I never let dogs off leash before i know them very well, because I take my responsibility very seriously. And always pick up poop!

Over: I've been surrounded by dogs for most of my life. I grew up with two wonderful dogs a Bernese Mountain Dog and, more recently, a Staffordshire Bull Terrier, who is still living happily with my family in Brazil. Since moving to Amsterdam, I've really missed having animals around, so taking care of dogs here feels like a natural way to continue doing something I genuinely enjoy. Besides caring for my own dogs, I've looked after my cousin's cat on two separate occasions for around 2 3 weeks each time, as well as my sister-in-law's dog. Over: Hi! 😊 Honden zijn voor mij echt familie en ik vind het belangrijk dat ze zich veilig, geliefd en op hun gemak voelen. Ik heb een tijd op een ranch in Duitsland gewoond waar we twee Australian Shepherds en een Border Collie hadden. De Aussies heb ik grotendeels vanaf pup opgevoed en met onze Border Collie, die een lastig verleden had, ben ik ook meerdere keren naar de hondenschool geweest. Daardoor heb ik geleerd goed om te gaan met verschillende karakters en gedragingen. Daarnaast heb ik vaak opgepast op de Jack Russell van een vriendin tijdens vakanties en andere momenten. Ik hou van lange wandelingen, avontuur en actief bezig zijn met honden — vroeger nam ik ze zelfs regelmatig mee tijdens het paardrijden 😊 Ik ben geduldig, rustig en speels, maar durf ook duidelijk en consequent te zijn wanneer dat nodig is. Medicatie geven is geen probleem en ik sta open voor alle soorten honden. Ik geloof niet echt in “slechte rassen”, iedere hond is anders en verdient een eerlijke kans en liefdevolle begeleiding. Verder heb ik een auto, dus uitstapjes of ophalen is vaak mogelijk. En ja… als een hond graag bij je op bed kruipt voor extra knuffels, dan vind ik dat helemaal gezellig 🐾 Momenteel heb ik nog geen vaste baan, waardoor ik veel vrije tijd en flexibiliteit heb. Daardoor kan ik huisdieren veel aandacht geven, wandelingen plannen en mijn dagelijkse routine aanpassen aan hun behoeften Ik zorg voor een rustige, veilige en vertrouwde omgeving voor ieder huisdier en heb een omheind tuintje. Over: Hello! My name is Zuzanna, I work as Sustainability Manager and love hanging out with pets as a side hassle. I love cats for their pride, independence, and intelligence. I also adore dogs and how cheerful they are. It is fascinating how their personalities differ from one to another. I will be glad to pet and hug the cuddly types, but I also respect the reserved individualists ;) And I just love long walks! I am also able to administer medication and do the injections, if needed. I can also water your plants ;) I'm currently working part-time, so I have plenty of time to take care of your pets. My agenda is quite flexible, so I could both drop-in couple times a day, or stay over at your place. I live in an apartment on the 2nd floor. We have 2 balconies and a park nearby. My husband is happy to help in case pets are lodging at ours, so they would rarely stay home alone.
