“Julie was fantastic and came to our rescue when we were in a really tight spot and we couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out. We cannot wait to work with Julie again.”

“Riley was amazing with our dogs and we will for sure use her services again!”

“I LOVE having Tessa care for Darla. She's very attentive & I love that she brings her own pup along for play times. Would definitely recommend Tessa to anyone! 💚”

About: Tummy rubs, long walks, fetch, tug, and grooming. These are the tasks I enjoy with my dog, Maxx, an 80-pound yellow lab/pit bull mix, to care for and love him. I would love doing the same for your dog, cat, or any other pet. I just graduated from Glenbard West and currently spend my days babysitting for Various families, but it’s only 3 hours/day so I’m looking for other opportunities. This is a perfect fit for me. Whether it’s just taking them for a walk or playing with them in the house because you’re at work, I’d enjoy caring for your pet while you’re away. I can arrange for you to speak with or email the families I babysit as a background check. I look forward to meeting you and your pet!

“Excellent first experience, will definitely use this service again. Margo was great with my pets, and provided ongoing status update about my pets. Great communication with Margo. Thank you for a great experience.”

About: For most of my life, I grew up on a farm full of a variety of animals. We owned chickens, cows, pigs, goats, ducks, geese, horses, and sheep. On top of that, we also kept many dogs and cats around too. Due to this, I grew up loving all my animal companions and practicing the best ways to care for our furry friends. This lifestyle is also what sparked a dream for me to become a veterinarian one day and continue on caring for animals the rest of my life. Now that my family no longer lives on that farm, I have still found ways to continue on caring for animals. My family was able to take our dogs and some cats along with us when we moved and so I still spend every day taking them on walks, potty breaks, cleaning up after them, playing with them, and feeding and watering them. Anything they need, I have always been happy to take care of. On top of that, I have been working at a local vet clinic as a ward attendant for the past two years, participating in many of these same duties. Currently, I am looking for ways to fill my free time with a little extra animal love, as I am someone who likes to always be busy doing something for others. Additionally, I am aiming to possibly make a little extra cash as a college student trying to get her pre-veterinarian degree. With classes going on, my schedule is pretty strict, unfortunately. However, my evening availability can be very flexible as I have mainly morning classes and my evenings are dedicated to studying. Therefore, if you need my help with your furry family member, I would be glad for you to use my low-priced services offered ranging from walks to house sitting to drop-in visits!

About: I’ve had a dog ever since I was a baby and grew up visiting my grandpa’s farm in the country! My family also had cats, and I had four fish growing up! I love taking care of my family’s dog whether it be walking, exploring, or just cuddling and petting! I have had experience with all types of pets, from super energetic to ones that would sit on the couch all day long if they could! I have experience staying overnight for multiple days if needed with your pets, or dropping in a couple times a day as needed! I also love taking walks!

“Coree got me out of a jam when my scheduled person backed out! She went above and beyond taking care of my 4 legged baby! Definitely glad I came across here and will be scheduling her again for future plans! 😁”

About: Have many dogs of my own that are my children! Have large and small fur babies. Giving your fur baby the love and affection they do deserve while their family is away. I work 2nd shift so mornings are my availability! Thursday and Fridays are my days off (weekend) willing to do more on those days if needed! My dogs are free range inside and out. I live in the country. Leash trained or recall trained is great. Willing to help where needed for the best benefit of the pup!

About: I have three cute doggies and a loving cat. I have been taking care of them since I was 21 years old and I am now 34, so I have experience caring for animals. I am currently working full time but am free Thursday evenings through Sunday evenings. I am available to stay overnight on those days or do several check ins during the day. I have a fenced area for my doggies and cat to play, sun bathe and go to the bathroom. I have a scheduled time to feed my cuties.

About: I’ve taken care of many animals since I was just a little kid. I’ve always held a special place in my heart for dogs, along with small critters. Just recently I moved from Wisconsin, working at a humane society there where everyday I did all the basic care routines/evaluations for approximately 40 dogs. It was a blast, but I’d also love to slow down, and give 1 on 1 attention to the needs of each. I am currently a pretty free person, beginning my career of dog training, Bait’s Purpose: K-9. I plan my future around my dogs, and training. I care for pets however is requested by the owner(s), this just varies on what each dog is comfortable with. Dogs are in great care, however.

Mary Y.
“To whom it may concern, I met Mary during the winter of 2019 at All Creatures Animal Hospital in Columbia, Missouri. We immediately became friends as she is an extremely approachable and easy-going person. We worked together quite a lot during the holiday season, even spending Christmas Eve and Christmas day working together when the clinic was at capacity with pets. She always had a positive attitude during this hectic time and made the shifts more enjoyable. During the time we worked together, I admired how thoroughly and kindly she cared for the pets. I love animals, but I think Mary understands them in a way that I do not. When I didn't know how to deal with an aggressive pet, she was always willing to jump to my rescue and take control of the situation. Additionally, Mary is a great team player. I remember an occasion where we needed to medicate a large dog that was extremely fearful of us. Administering the medication was scary and took us some time but we persevered and successfully treated the dog together. Although Mary is a few years younger than me, she has a lot more confidence around animals than I had at her age and even at my age now. Another impressive thing about Mary is that she is always early to work even though she lives 40 minutes away from the clinic. She is also early when she has to make the commute twice a day if she is scheduled to work the morning and afternoon shifts. If my testimony doesn't embody Mary's tenacity and competence enough, I implore you to give Mary a job at Rover. She is highly equipped for the job and would be one of your best employees. I would wholeheartedly trust her with my pets and with anything I needed outside of animal care. Anybody would be lucky to have Mary as a friend and as an employee. Best, Sofia R”

Natalie B.
“We love Natalie! Natalie not only took exceptional care of our 2, “4-legged children” Boe, laid-back, lovable Springer and Porter, who is an energetic, lovable Lab; she also watched over our home and cared for our rooster, Raymond and chickens. Natalie is responsible, as we needed her to give meds to our Porter from her surgery. Knowing Natalie was at our home and with our babies, my husband and I were able to thoroughly enjoy our vacation. Highly recommend Natalie to care for your Family fur babies!”

Stephanie M.
“Stef is a kind, patient, and extremely responsible pet sitter. She took care of our two demanding cats at her apartment for a week while we were out of town last summer. One cat required twice-daily oral medication - no fun for us as her owner, much less for a pet sitter, but Stef did it with ease. On the day of our return, she brought our kitties home and got them settled in - one less thing for us to worry about.”
