Robin visited Zuzanna’s home on Christmas Day from 2:30pm–10pm, and this was my very first time using Rover and a pet sitter outside of family. Naturally, I was a little nervous, but Zuzanna made the whole experience really comfortable. We had a hour long meet and greet beforehand a few days before at her home with her dog Norte and Robin seemed happy and a bit relaxed with both Zuzanna and Norte, which gave me confidence to go ahead with the booking. Zuzanna was very flexible with timings, especially as I didn’t know exact times too far in advance and ended up running late due to dinner going on longer than expected. I really appreciated her understanding. I received an update about an hour in with two lovely photos and a message to say Robin was starting to settle, which put my mind at ease. When I picked Robin up, Zuzanna told me she’d been for a walk and had plenty of sofa snuggles which is exactly what Robin loves. Overall, it was a positive first experience using Rover, and I’d happily consider booking with Zuzanna again in the future. Hopefully Robin was on her best behaviour and would be welcome back!

Thank you so much Zuzanna and Diego for taking such great care of Cara for the last 17 days. It can be daunting leaving your dog for so long but I honestly had no concerns as knew she’d be well taken care of, and even spoiled at times like the trip to the beach. I was really grateful for all your regular updates and photos as nice to hear that Cara was settled and having a ball. As soon as I’m planning my next holiday I’ll be in touch as would love for you both to take care of Cara again. I’ll also recommend you to friends as it’s truly obvious you care deeply for dogs and would take great care of them. Thank you so much again! Nicola and Cara

Loki had a great time with Zuzanna and her dog. After the first day Loki was excited to go back and stay for the day. We look forward to being home back again in the future 😁

We were so grateful for Zuzanna’s care! Our dog was always well looked after, happy, and safe. She never forgot our instructions, and we felt completely at ease leaving him with her. Zuzanna was reliable, kind, and truly went the extra mile. We couldn’t have asked for a better person to look after our dog. She also assured us he was doing well by sending us photos of him😊

Zuza has looked after my dog on several occasions now whilst I have been on holiday, from a long weekend to a week. She takes great care to ensure any of your instructions are listened and adhered to e.g. feeding, walking etc. I get sent videos and photos whilst I'm away and she'll message me to reassure me that all is well. Zuza will take great care of your dog - highly recommended!
