Zuleyka is a wonderful caretaker for my dogs indy and Phoebe. They are playful rambunctious dogs and she always cares for them and treats them like family. Going on walks, playing, etc. we have been with her for years and our dogs love her.

Zuleyka is the most caring and attentive pet sitter I’ve ever had! She sends me pics of the dogs through the day, and is very friendly and responsive. I’ve now been using her services every time I need to board my dog. I always feel good about leaving my dogs with Zuleyka for any period of time, whether overnight or for a week. Highly recommend her!

Zuly has been such a lifesaver and amazing caregiver for my baby Nibbler! My dog is somewhat of a handful (cries, submissive urinator etc) but I needed help so I left him for a week and was happily surprised because I didn’t expect as many updates as she was giving me, she would hit me up before I would even think to😂 I loved receiving pictures of him and she really made me feel like he was not only being looked over, but being TAKEN CARE of. She listened to my worries and I was appreciative with her showing me around and answering my questions and being able to keep him happy. And when I came to pick him up his tail was wagging and seemed like he already started getting used to her place like a second home. I’ll only be hitting her up now when I need someone to watch over my dog again!

This is by far the worst Rover sitter I have ever had to take care with my dogs… On her profile it states that she only takes one client at a time, she has a non-smoking home and that she takes dogs for potty break every 0-2 hours. All of it is a lie. And if she’s lying about so many things how are we supposed to know what else she is lying about? It all started when we were supposed to have a meet and greet and she canceled on the same day because she had a “full house”. I didn’t understand what that meant until we dropped off Kyra (2 years old) and Maki (4 months old). We specifically looked for a Rover that wouldn’t take any other clients since Maki is so little and hasn’t yet had all her shots. When we arrived to her house, she had her dogs, who are both not neutered. And two other dogs that she was looking over. When we expressed that we were uncomfortable with it, she acted like everything was fine, but if it really was fine why didn’t she tell us beforehand that she was looking over other dogs and if we would be comfortable with it?! Instead she never mentioned it until drop-off. She had said the other two dogs were going home that night, but that was also a lie. They ended up staying 2 or 3 other days there while our dogs were with her. Second problem was that she has mentioned in her profile “puppy care” and potty breaks every 0-2 hours. It is a lie… she works from the morning until the night and the dogs don’t get to go outside until she goes back home. We specifically picked a small amount of hours for potty breaks, since Maki is still getting trained and she came back to us worse than we had left her. Third problem is that she had said that she has a “smoke-free home” complete lie. We had left them there after showering them and their bag was clean and everything was clean. Upon picking them up, them and their belongings had this disgusting smell of cigarette deep in their coats. We were washing them for an hour and the smell wouldn’t come off. We messaged her asking about it and she lied again and said that she did not such thing as smoking indoors (Maki was also head to toe in pee since she did not clean her crate and did not take her out enough). I honestly don’t understand why she would say all of these specific things in her profile since these are not mandatory requirements for a Rover sitter, but are things someone should be able to filter and rule out if they are looking for a sitter that is going to stay with their dogs longer and take them for potty breaks more frequently and not smoke around them. To top it off, Maki came back home coughing and choking, we are not sure yet what is going on with her.. if she is okay or not, we are going to take her to the vet and we will be reporting this sitter to Rover. If you don’t care about your sitter lying to you about your puppy care then go ahead and book her, but be aware.
