Zoei was super accommodating and took great care of our pup!! She sent lots of photos and made sure we were updated frequently!

Zoei, from day one, was a delight to work with in the care of our dog, TRex. We had no concerns from the first time we met her. Our dog KNEW what was happening and didn’t look back to even say, “See ya later….I’ll be ok!” We just knew because it was so easy. After continual updates with pictures and comments, etc., we picked him up one week later at the house from Zoie’s fiancé, Blade. He had nothing but praise regarding TRex and his behavior. It was an amazing match with this family. Thank you Zoei and Blade for the love shown in your home and lives. WE’LL DEFINITELY DO IT AGAIN!!

Zoie was an absolutely incredible dog sitter. Five stars does not feel like enough. She sent frequent updates throughout their stay, which gave me a great deal of peace of mind while I was away. She was attentive and proactive, reaching out when one of my dogs was whining so we could work together to figure out what he needed. My two dogs have special needs. One is blind and takes daily medication, and the other is deaf. Caring for them requires patience, attention, and flexibility, and Zoie handled it all with kindness and confidence for more than a week. It was clear from the beginning that she genuinely cared about their well being. I also made a mistake with my travel plans, and Zoie graciously kept them an extra night without hesitation. When they ran out of food before their new shipment arrived, she made sure they were fed and cared for until it did. One of my dogs even came home with a toy he became completely obsessed with, which was such a thoughtful gesture and a reflection of how much attention she paid to each dog’s individual personality and needs. Zoie consistently went above and beyond. She was not just a five star sitter. She was a ten. I would trust her with my dogs again in a heartbeat and cannot recommend her highly enough.

Zoei is fantastic and I’m grateful for the help she is able to provide. She’s great with the dogs and amazing with communication. Highly recommend!

This rover is experience wasn’t what we normally have. First, her booking availability wasn’t accurate, she said she had a flight on my pick up day at 12:45, guess she should have listed not available. But she said someone would be there so we could go ahead and book. Next on our way there, she asked if we could drop off at the end of our drop off window, as she couldn’t leave work (summary says she’s a stay at home mom). So her grandma met us, very nice lady. Then I had to ask about cowgirl on day 2 to get a pic or update. Then upon picking up, we knocked multiple times, went back to our car to text, back to door knocking and to gates to look for someone to get us our dog. Not sure if this rover is new to this, but could be better.
