I've been caring for dogs for many years, and over that time I’ve had the pleasure of looking after a wide variety of breeds, personalities, and ages. From the tiniest Chihuahuas to towering Irish Wolfhounds, I’ve had hands-on experience with dogs of all sizes. I’m particularly familiar with energetic breeds—like Belgian Malinois, German Shorthaired Pointers, and Border Collies—who need not just exercise, but also mental stimulation and clear boundaries. At home, I have two German Shepherds, so I fully understand the strength, intelligence, and loyalty of larger breeds—and more importantly, how to walk them safely and confidently. I’ve also spent plenty of time looking after puppies, helping friends and family with early training, giving advice on everything from basic obedience to diet, and making sure young dogs feel safe, socialized, and loved. On the other end of the spectrum, I’ve cared for senior dogs too, and I know how much patience, gentleness, and attentiveness they need. Whether it’s administering medication, supporting mobility, or just making sure they feel comfortable and cared for, I’m experienced in adapting to their pace and needs. Alongside my lifelong work with dogs, I’ve also spent my entire life looking after cats. I've cared for many cats over the years and have experience with a wide range of temperaments and needs. I used to foster both kittens and pregnant cats, so I’m comfortable with bottle feeding, early socialization, managing litters, and providing a safe, calm environment for both moms and babies. Whether it's routine care or helping animals through more delicate stages of life, I'm deeply committed to making sure every pet feels safe, understood, and most importantly loved.
