Zoe was very conscientious about taking care of Rheyah and Leopold. She texted me to let me know she had arrived on time and sent a live photo showing that Rheyah was glad to see her. She also texted at meal time to make sure she was feeding Rheyah the correct amount and kind of food. And she let me know at the end of the day that had completed the needed tasks. We stayed in contact throughout the weekend. Since I had a very bad experience with another sitter a couple of years ago, I was nervous about leaving Rheyah with someone again. Zoe's willingness to communicate as needed and to send photos helped me relax during my time away. I came home to two happy healthy animals! I enjoyed getting to know Zoe during our original meet and greet, and during the extra time she spent with me as I explained care instructions. She even helped me figure out how to use the Rover app to book her services as I was having a difficult time getting the details and payment to come out correctly! I will definitely consider booking Zoe again in the future if I plan on being away as I know my fur babies would be in caring hands.

We had a wonderful experience with Zoe coming to our house to watch our dog, Kona. She met with me before the actual scheduled house sitting to meet Kona and myself. I left notes for Zoe and she followed the requests I made. Most importantly, Kona was happy and well cared for when we were gone.
