Rover doesn’t allow custom pricing rules for different care needs, so I’ve included some notes here to help clarify how rates may be adjusted. My goal is always to provide fair, personalized care that fits your pet’s routine—and I’m happy to discuss details before booking! House Sitting: - Rates reflect overnight care only. If daytime care is also needed during a house sit, additional charges apply based on the pet's needs and schedule during the day. Drop ins: – A longer walk (25–30 minutes) can be requested at drop-in, for an additional fee. 
– Shorter drop ins: (under 30 minutes) may be available at a reduced rate—just ask!:) Final pricing can be discussed during booking—I’m flexible and always aim to provide care that fits your pet’s routine. *** Please note that my availability may be limited for bookings located near the edge of my service radius. If you're unsure whether your location fits, feel free to message me before booking—I'll do my best to accommodate when possible! ***BEHAVIOR NOTICE*** - I do not work with dogs who are aggressive or uncomfortable with new people (like me)! I also don’t offer walks for dogs who lunge, growl, bark aggressively, or pull excessively on leash. Barking is totally fine — dogs bark when excited or alerting! I just avoid situations where reactivity becomes unsafe. - I CAN care for dogs who aren’t dog-social, e.g., dogs who are good with people, don’t require walks, and have a secure fenced yard.
