I work remotely, which gives me a lot of flexibility during the day. That means I can easily fit in walks, drop-in visits, or medication doses at whatever times your pet needs — not just early mornings or evenings like a traditional 9-5 schedule would allow. For overnight or extended stays, your pet becomes part of my daily routine: walks, playtime, feeding, and downtime together, all built around their normal schedule rather than mine. Because I'm home and flexible most days, I'm also often able to accommodate same-day or last-minute requests.

Safety, trust & environment
In your home (walks, drop-in visits, house sitting): I follow your pet's normal routine as closely as possible — same feeding times, walk schedule, medications, and any specific instructions you provide. Before the first visit, I like to go over care details, emergency contacts, and any quirks or triggers your pet has so there are no surprises. I treat your home with the same care and respect I'd want for my own — doors and gates secured, lights/alarms handled as instructed, and everything left the way I found it. In my home (overnight stays/boarding): Your pet will stay in my quiet townhouse, which has easy access to green space, parks, and the Potomac Heritage Trail for walks and outdoor time. I keep a calm, structured environment — sticking to your pet's normal routine for feeding, medication, and exercise rather than switching things up. If your pet has special needs, behavioral considerations, or specific safety requirements (e.g., separation from other animals on walks, allergies, etc.), I follow those precisely. My home is always completely dog and cat proof since I regularly have clients in, so you can feel confident your pet is safe and comfortable. Across all services: I send daily photo updates so you always know how your pet is doing, and I'm reachable if anything comes up. Your pet's safety and comfort always come first — I'd rather ask a clarifying question than guess.

10+ Years of Trusted Pet Care
Pet care experience
Hello! I’m an experienced pet sitter with over 10 years of caring for dogs, cats, horses, and more. I’ve worked with pets of all sizes, ages, and personalities, including those with special needs, behavioral challenges, medication schedules, and strict routines. I also have experience with a number of different large, high-drive working dog breeds. No matter your pet’s situation, I will always tailor my care to meet their unique needs and routine. I work remotely with a flexible schedule, so I can easily accommodate walks, drop-in visits, overnight stays, multiple daily medications, and often same day bookings. If your pet stays with me, they’ll relax in a quiet townhouse surrounded by green space, parks, and the Potomac Heritage Trail. Clear communication is important to me. I send daily updates with photos (more if requested!). I started pet sitting because spending time with animals brings me so much joy and keeps me grounded. I’m also currently using Rover to help save for my first home! Every booking brings me one step closer, so thank you for considering me.

Reviews
Zoe has watched our dogs for years when we travel for work or play. We absolutely trust her judgment. The dogs are always happy and well when we return. She’s also extremely communicative. We always know what is happening on the home front and this enables us to relax and enjoy our trips.
