I’ve used Rover before, so I understand how scary it can be to leave your pet with someone new. I’ll treat your furry friend like my own, giving them the love and care they deserve. I only take on one client at a time so that there is no overlap with care and to ensure that your pets are given the most attention possible. 100% of clients receive daily photo updates of their fur babies! MORE ABOUT ME: I graduated a few years back from Texas Tech with my bachelors in biology and a minor in chemistry and had a dream to one day pursue veterinary medicine. I recently switched careers and decided to go back to school. While I am no longer studying to become a veterinarian, my love for animals still runs very deep. I took many courses at TTU that dealt with animal-related care, so I am knowledgeable on what it takes to be a good pet sitter. I have always grown up around animals and I take pride in caring for them. I have had a few dogs and cats of my own which you can find in a couple of my photos on my profile and treat them like they are my children. I would do the same for any other animal I take care of. Big or small, I love them all. MY EXPERIENCE: I have a lot of experience with older dogs and cats as well as puppies and kittens. I have bottle fed kittens that I rescued less and I currently care for a cat colony that lives on my street. I’ve had animals who needed special diets, medications, who were blind, needed insulin shots and some who needed to be exercised daily. I also have the magic touch when it comes to putting pets to sleep with belly rubs! I can help train/feed/bathe or check in on any animal who requires my care. Taking care of your pet is not seen as a job for me, it is simply something I look forward to and love to do.

I have a big fenced yard where dogs can run free and play with toys. I can accommodate all breeds as I have a fairly big living area for them to roam but can crate them if needed. While taking care of pets at the clients residence, I always make sure to clean up any messes their pets may have made and give them fresh food/water. As my parents would always say, it’s best to leave any home or area cleaner than you found it. Play time is also always a must.

We had such a wonderful experience with Zoe! Her communication was excellent from start to finish — she always kept us updated with messages and photos, which gave us total peace of mind while we were away. She was also incredibly flexible and understanding with our schedule, which made everything so easy. Our dog absolutely adored her, and it’s clear she truly cares about the pets she watches. We couldn’t have asked for a better sitter and will definitely be booking with her again!

My schedule is a bit unpredictable at the moment. It changes week by week since I have gone back to school, so I update my calendar as soon as those changes happen. If I am not available on the dates that you are needing, please feel free to reach out to double check with me anyways! Communication is super important to me so that I can provide the best care possible for your fur baby.

- I’m open to all dog/cat breeds sizes and ages. No job is too big or too small. If your pet is sensitive to the company of other animals or people, I’d like to know so that I can safely care for your pet. It is also very important for me to know if they are vaccinated or have been recently sick because I would hate to be the source of any illness as I do care for multiple pets. Feel free to be as thorough as you want with any instructions. I appreciate them so much and will follow them closely.
