We had a very disappointing experience. The sitter did not follow the instructions we clearly gave her, and then claimed we never told her the information. Because of this, our dog’s food was left out and went mouldy — three full bags had to be thrown away. We were in another country at the time, so we had to scramble to find a way to get new food to her. It was common sense to keep fresh dog food in the fridge, but she didn’t. She also wasn’t adding water to his meals as instructed, which led to diarrhoea and vomiting. On top of that, she wasn’t washing his bowls after feeding and was reusing dirty bowls, which is unacceptable. There was a lot of miscommunication on her side, and our dog was acting noticeably different and more reactive when we picked him up compared to when we dropped him off. Overall, we wouldn’t book with her again and wouldn’t recommend her based on our experience.

Zoe is an outstanding dog sitter. We feel very lucky to have come across her profile. We got daily updates and photos and videos. She went the extra mile when a family emergency came up and it was purely out of kindness. We would highly recommend Zoe to ALL dog mums and dads. I can guarantee your four legged babies are in good hands. I will absolutely request for Zoe to look after our boy again. I’m sure he will miss her and be happy to return. Thanks again Zoe. 5 ⭐️

No issues, Zoe is a lovely girl and my dog came home, happy and healthy. While sitting, Zoe also kept me updated with pics and videos 👌😊

I can't thank Zoe enough for keeping Bella while we were on holiday, she was very attentive and sent lots of lovely photos. I could tell when I picked Bella up she was very happy and content. I would highly recommend Zoe as a dog sitter and will definitely use her again in future.

Would highly recommend Zoe, she had our frankie boy for 3 nights and kept us updated on how he was with pictures and videos, this was ideal as it was the first he had stayed with someone outside the family.

Zoe looked after our dog and 2 cats in our home while we were away from Tuesday to Thursday. We would highly recommend Zoe, she was happy to conduct meet and greet before we left to make sure it was going to be a good fit for all. She turned up when agreed and took great care of them all and stayed in touch and sent frequent photos. On our return all three pets were settled, happy and were clearly taken well care of. Even our little female cat who is timid and usually hides up stairs had been down sitting on her knee and sleeping on top of her. Would definitely book again and would recommend. Our house was neat and tidy when we returned you'd never know there had been someone here, was exactly as we has left it.
