Clear communication is key when taking care of your beloveds. My goal is to provide the same quality and consistency of care that you provide for your fur baby. As long as I am aware of the care required and expected, I will go above and beyond, because I care for your kitties' safety and well-being as much as I would my own. If you have any questions or requests, I am available to talk about things with empathy and emotional intelligence. If you require housesitting, share in detail how I can care for your home while you are away. I have no trouble making sure your home is a space you are excited to return to! At a minimum, I typically sweep/vacuum the floors at least twice, first when I arrive and again before you return.

Let me know if there are any special needs for me to be aware of, behaviours to be aware of, and any behaviours to be on the lookout for; like if you're concerned your beloved kitty is sick, please let me know so I can care for them properly Please give me all necessary medication info and emergency service preferences at the beginning of our time together, that way I know exactly what you would like me to do in a moment of crisis, if necessary, so as not to be trying to figure that out in the moment
A typical day
My “Order of Operations” are as follows: 1. Refresh water 2. Refresh/ Top off food 3. (Medicate, if necessary) 4. Clean litterbox every visit; keeps kitties happy, healthy, and I’m pretty sure they love to watch you clean their box anyways 5. Sweep and/ or vacuum the floors, no “glitter-paws” 6. Play or Socialize time, whether that’s playing with toys, belly rubs, or existing under the same roof together if they’re not feeling too social 7. Tell them they are the sweetest lil baby on earth (this step can be done any time, multiple times) I would follow whatever feeding and medication schedule there is, but outside of that: - Depending on if your kitty is allowed outside, if you would like them to have outside time, I would start the day with that, so they can enjoy the fresh smells and get their version of "the morning paper" - Whether your cat needs constant stimulation, constant attention, or to just fill their bowl and meow at them from across the room, I am happy to accommodate in whatever ways necessary :)

- Maybe an elaboration on the “neurodivergent-fueled admiration for cats" point from before, and it may sound silly, but I really do wish to treat the kitties like royalty, as the Egyptians did ;) they don't forget! - There seems to be such a focus on dogs and dog care that people often think "cats are simple and/or easy;" I mention that to say that if you are a cat-parent who wants a sitter that will take you, your care requests, and your cat seriously, as well as genuinely, sincerely cares about the safety, security, and comfort of your kitty, go above and beyond for you and your kitty, and is absolutely banana bonkers for cats, then I am that sitter :D - My “Order of Operations” are as follows: 1. I had a really great experience with Zoe! I felt both Lionel and Richie were extremely well taken care of with an extra level of attention and care that was really helpful. She is very thoughtful and considerate, and her updates were always thorough and consistent, which gave me real peace of mind while being away. Especially with my older one who needs a bit more support and attention. Zoe was incredibly mindful, patient, and careful with him. Highly recommend! Absolutely going to book again
Zoe is very sweet and left our house in great shape. When she did share updates, they were thorough and thoughtful. However, I often felt like I had to follow up with her for updates and I struggled with the lack of communication at certain times.
Great. Responsive. Highly recommend.
