I currently attend morning classes from 8:30-11:30 Monday through Fridays so times in the afternoon typically after 1:00 is most suitable. My schedule shifts on weekends as I do not attend classes on those days but I do prefer to care for animals in the morning or early afternoon.

While I do have two animals of my own, both my dogs are trained and do not bite. However, should I pet-sit for someone, my animals would stay on a different level of my house than the animal I'm watching to avoid any problems. I have a dog gate blocking access to my kitchen and free space for any animals to roam free if they want.

Neither of my dogs are special needs although my 8yo would be considered a senior dog although she does not act like one. Her teeth are a little sensitive which is why playing should not be as rough but she is a fiery, loud dog nonetheless.
A typical day
I enjoy going on long walks but because the heat has become too much for dogs sometimes, I typically train my dog or use enrichment activities. My dogs favorite activity is a mat that has felt pieces you stick treats under so they have to use their nose and paws to get to the treat. I do that about two to three times a week.
