I also like to know their behavior, energy level, and how they interact with other animals or people. For dogs, it’s helpful to understand leash habits and triggers on walks. For cats, I like to know litter box preferences and favorite hiding spots. Any quirks, fears, or favorite activities are always great to share so I can keep your pet happy, comfortable, and stress-free while you’re away.
A typical day
A typical day with me is calm, structured, and centered around your pet’s comfort and routine. For dogs, I start with a morning potty break, feeding, and light play before work, then after work we enjoy walks, playtime, and attention. For cats, I maintain feeding schedules, clean litter boxes, and provide play or affection based on their personality. I always make sure every pet feels safe, loved, and cared for.

Hi! I’m an experienced and reliable pet lover who has grown up caring for animals my whole life. I’ve had a dog, cat, and hamster over the years, and currently I have a dog of my own who keeps me active and smiling every day. For the past 8 years, I’ve consistently dog sat in my home for a friend while she’s away on vacation, giving me lots of hands-on experience with daily care, routines, and making pets feel comfortable in a home environment. More recently, I’ve expanded my services to include in-home pet sitting, walks, and drop-in visits for friends and family in my area.

Ziah was great. She communicated well with us and sent photos of our 11 year old chocolate lab while away. He is known to get into food left out and there were no issues with that while we were away. She swam in our pool with him like we requested for his hip dysplasia. We felt she took great care of our dog. We will definitely be using her again in the future. She left the house spotless and even cleaned the carpet when he pooped on it one time (no fault of her own). Highly recommend her!
Ziah has been a great sitter for my dog Reese! Ziah is very sweet, kind, and overall amazing to my dog. Ziah is very flexible as well. Anytime I have needed her last minute she has always shown up. Her and Reese have an amazing bond! I will always know my puppy is in the best hands!
Ziah has helped watch over my two cats for years and most recently the newest pet member of our family, our dog Acorn. Ziah is very sweet, caring, and genuinely cares for our pets as if they were her own. I highly recommend her for any and all pet caregiver roles or jobs. Ziah is the best!
