Through this work, I’ve cared for dogs and cats of all sizes, ages, and temperaments, including shy, anxious, and high-energy animals. My responsibilities include feeding, walking, cleaning, providing enrichment, and ensuring each animal feels safe and comfortable. In addition to shelter work, I’ve been trusted by friends, family, and neighbors since I was young to care for their pets at home. I’m attentive to routines, behavior cues, and individual needs, and I always prioritize patience, safety, and compassionate care.

Zhuhan did a fantastic job watching my cat! She sent multiple updates throughout the day with plenty of pictures and videos, which gave me so much peace of mind while I was away. She was also incredibly flexible with both pickup and drop-off times and made the entire process so easy and stress-free. It’s clear she genuinely cares about the pets she watches, and I knew my cat was in great hands the whole time. I would 10000000% use her again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable, caring, and communicative pet sitter!
Zhuhan was prompt with communication and feedback. She took care of our Hudson over a weekend and during that period we received picture updates for as well as communication and daily feedback. Hudson enjoyed his time in Zhuhan’s care.
Zhuhan (Helen) is an experienced, communicative boarder who went the extra mile to ensure my cat's comfort and well-being during his month-long stay. She welcomed Tuna's cat tree into her apartment, got clippers to trim his nails after I forgot to give her mine, and even let Tuna stay an additional night. She's responsive and flexible regarding pick-up and drop-off times, and her daily photo updates and conscientious questions will leave you with no doubt that your pet is being well cared for. Zhuhan accepted our booking after our previous sitter canceled and was incredibly responsive from the start. She asked thoughtful questions to ensure our dog’s comfort and sent updates every morning and evening. We were very happy with her care and would highly recommend her.

I do not have any pets in my home, which allows me to provide a calm, controlled, and low-stress environment. I keep all spaces clean, secure, and quiet, and I strictly follow feeding, litter, and household rules.
A typical day
I love keeping pets both physically active and mentally engaged throughout the day. We’ll go on walks to explore new smells and play games. I also make sure to include downtime with plenty of attention, pets, and a calm, comfortable environment so they feel safe and happy.
