Pet care experience
One-dog policy. All love, no chaos.
One dog at a time is my policy - because your dog deserves undivided attention, not a crowded house. I'm Fenna, a dog mom to Jazz, my 4-year-old corgi, and I've been caring for dogs of all shapes, sizes, and temperaments for over 5 years. I work from home, which means your pup is never left alone - there's always a human around to give belly rubs, play, or just keep them company on the couch. I live in an apartment with a dedicated fenced dog park right in the building, so outdoor time is easy, safe, and on-demand. You can count on regular photo updates and open communication throughout. Your dog is family - I'll treat them like mine.

Schedule
I work from home, so your dog will always have company - no long stretches alone on the couch. I believe in following your dog's existing routine rather than imposing a new one, so I'll ask about their schedule upfront and stick to it as closely as possible. Whether that means a morning walk, midday playtime, or afternoon naps, I'll make it work. I'll send regular photo updates throughout the day so you always know how your pup is doing.

Home characteristics
Safety, trust & environment
Your dog's safety and comfort is my top priority. I live in an apartment with a dedicated enclosed dog park in the building, so outdoor time is safe, convenient, and available any time of day. At home, your dog will share the space with Jazz, my friendly and well-socialized 4-year-old Corgi, and since I only take one dog at a time, there's no competition or conflict to worry about. I'm happy to follow any specific care instructions, including crating if that's what your dog is used to. I am also open to a brief meet-and-greet with Jazz to make sure both dogs are comfortable and set up for a happy stay.

A typical day
Every day looks a little different depending on your dog's personality and energy level, but here's what a typical day usually looks like. We'll start with a morning walk and a visit to the enclosed dog park in our building for some off-leash time and fresh air. From there, it's a mix of indoor playtime with Jazz, cozy couch time, and plenty of cuddles. When the weather and energy allow, I'll take them out to a nearby park for extra exploration and stimulation. Your dog will go home happily tired - the best kind of tired.

- To make sure your dog has the best possible stay, here are a few things I'd love to know upfront. 1) Please ensure your dog is current on all vaccinations and flea/tick treatments before their visit - this protects both your pup and Jazz. 2) I'd also appreciate knowing your dog's typical feeding schedule and any dietary restrictions so I can stick to their routine. 3) If your dog has separation anxiety, please let me know the level and any strategies that help - I want to be well prepared. 4) Finally, since Jazz will be sharing the space, your dog should be comfortable around other dogs. We can always do a meet-and-greet first to make sure everyone is happy.
