Turn Your Pet’s Time Into a Holiday
I’ve been surrounded by dogs since I was young, growing up in a pet-loving household. For the past two years, I’ve been providing pet boarding services and am now looking to expand my opportunities on Rover. I currently have two dogs (ages 7 and 5) and a 3-year-old cat, which has given me plenty of hands-on experience. I understand pets’ habits, needs, and behaviors, and I’m dedicated to caring for them with patience, love, and respect.

Ollie's first stay with Zhiya was a success! He is a senior pup with failing eyesight and anxiety. Zhiya showed such kindness and cared for him like he was one of her own. The fact that he actually napped at her home is a sign that he was at ease and felt safe. She reported that Ollie got along well with her two well-behaved pups and cat. Very grateful and will book in the future without hesitation.
Zhiya is a wonderful pet sitter! She took care of my dog Teddy during the Xmas break and she kept me informed all the time by having lots of pictures of him, she was very flexible and really knows how to take care of dogs. I could see with all pictures and videos that Teddy was having a lovely time. Her place is also very well condition for small dogs and she has 2 very cute dogs herself. Totally recommended and for sure will use her services in the future.
Zhiya was a great boarder! She was very accommodating and listened well to the instructions provided. Miko had trouble sleeping and she immediately reached out and asked for tips to help him. She was very good at sending photos and videos too. Overall had a great experience and would book again.
Zhiya is absolutely wonderful! She is super friendly and accommodating. She took such good care of my two cats, Squeaky & Snow Paw. She provided pictures & videos in addition to text messages, so we always knew the cats were doing well. Her house is also set-up for a great pet boarding experience. She is now my go-to cat sitter and would whole heartedly recommend her to anyone looking for pet boarding 😊.

Zhiya was great! I can tell my cat had a great time. She made sure he was comfortable and she made sure to send lots of pictures. I specifically boarded him so that he can interact with my dogs and cats, and I think she did a great job introducing them and caring for him.

Schedule
I am currently a graduate student, and all of my courses are completely online, so I don’t need to go to campus. I’m at home most of the time from Monday to Sunday, which allows me to dedicate plenty of time to caring for and spending quality time with dogs and cats.

Safety, trust & environment
I have two friendly dogs who love being around people and spend most of their time napping. I also have a cat who has grown up with dogs and is very gentle, never bothering or intimidating any animals. My backyard is fully fenced, providing a safe space for dogs to go outside and use the restroom. Additionally, I have artificial grass in the garden, which is another convenient option for pets to do their business. I ensure a safe, comfortable, and pet-friendly environment where all animals feel at ease.

A typical day
When pet parents are away or traveling, I strive to ensure their furry friends feel as loved and cared for as if they were at home. A typical day starts with a morning walk where the dogs can explore and enjoy all the interesting scents around the neighborhood. Once we return, it’s time for breakfast, which I always make special by adding a little treat, like egg yolk, to make it extra enjoyable. After breakfast, we spend quality time playing games, such as using sniffing toys or a fun game of fetch to keep them engaged and happy. Throughout the day, I love taking photos and videos of the dogs and sharing them with their owners so they can stay updated and see how well their pets are doing in real time. My goal is to create a fun, safe, and loving environment that makes every day feel like a little vacation for the pets while their owners are away.
