I never met the boarder. When I dropped our dog off, her husband accepted her but did not ask any questions about her care or habits or feeding schedule. When we picked her up, a child handed off our dog to us. We never received any pictures or updates. The only messages I received was the boarder asking what time we were dropping her off and what time we were picking her up.
