I am currently a student and work part-time at a dog grooming spa, so pet care fits naturally into my weekly routine. I am available for select weekday and weekend care, and for weekday daycare, drop-off at my workplace may be available by arrangement. My schedule can vary, so I always confirm details in advance to make sure your pet gets safe, reliable care.

Safety, trust & environment
I live in a single-family home with a fenced yard, and there is a nearby park with walking trails and a dog play area about a 5 minute walk away. Safety is always my priority, so I follow each pet’s routine carefully, keep dogs supervised, and use a leash for walks unless we have discussed otherwise. I also ask about food allergies, medical needs, triggers, and comfort around other pets before care begins.

Information Zhimin J. would like to know about your pet
I always like to know about your pet’s daily routine, food allergies or sensitivities, medical needs, and personality. It’s helpful to know if they are shy or social, active or mellow, and how they usually respond to new people, other pets, or new environments. For dogs, I’d like to know their leash habits, energy level, potty routine, and whether they have any triggers such as other dogs, loud noises, or separation anxiety. For cats, I’d like to know whether they prefer space, playtime, or quiet companionship. Please let me know if your pet has any food allergies or sensitivities. I will never offer treats or food without checking with you first. The more I know, the better I can keep your pet safe, comfortable, and loved while you’re away.
A typical day
A typical day depends on your pet’s routine, personality, and comfort level. For dogs, I enjoy calm, engaging walks where they can sniff, explore, and get fresh air at their own pace. At home, we can enjoy playtime, belly rubs, or simply relax together if they prefer a quieter day. For weekday daycare, if your dog is comfortable in a pet-care environment, they may spend the day with me while I work, with potty breaks, calm supervision, and attention throughout the day. I only accept dogs who are friendly, calm, and comfortable around people and other dogs for this type of care. For cats, I start with a gentle check-in, refresh food and water, clean the litter box, and follow their lead, whether they want playtime, space, or quiet companionship. I always follow your routine and do my best to keep each pet feeling safe, comfortable, and cared for while you’re away.

Calm Care with Grooming Experience
Pet care experience
I grew up around dogs and currently work part-time at a dog grooming spa, which has given me hands-on experience with dogs of different sizes, personalities, and energy levels. Through grooming work, I’ve learned how important patience, gentle handling, cleanliness, and reading a dog’s body language can be. I understand that every pet has their own routine, comfort level, and personality. Some dogs need calm reassurance, some need more exercise, and some simply need a quiet, reliable person to keep them company. I do my best to provide safe, attentive care that matches each pet’s needs while helping them feel comfortable and loved. I also have experience caring for senior pets, pets with special routines, and pets who may need oral medication, basic coat care, or extra patience.
