I’ve grown up around dogs, as my family has always had them, and many of my friends are dog owners as well. I’ve spent a lot of time interacting with dogs of different sizes, temperaments, and energy levels, which has helped me become confident, patient, and attentive in caring for them. I truly enjoy spending time with dogs, whether it’s playtime, walks, or simply keeping them company. I’m especially mindful of each dog’s personality and needs, and I adjust my approach to make sure they feel safe, comfortable, and happy. Safety is always my priority during walks. I stay alert, avoid stressful situations, and ensure your dog is well cared for at all times. I’m also happy to follow any routines or specific instructions you provide, including feeding schedules or special care needs. Most importantly, I treat every dog with genuine love and respect, just like they are my own.

Zhenlin was awesome! She was amazing with Eri! Super punctual, communicative. Eri tends to get really excited at the beginning of walks, but she was incredibly patient and calm with her, which I really appreciated. She also kept me updated throughout the walk with messages and photos, which made me feel so reassured. I would absolutely book with her again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for someone trustworthy and caring :)

I currently work part-time, which gives me a very flexible schedule. This allows me to accommodate a wide range of pet care needs, including daytime, evenings, and weekends. I’m able to plan my time around bookings, so I can be reliable and consistent with walks, visits, and routines. I’m also available for last-minute requests in many cases. Pet care fits naturally into my daily routine, and I always make sure to dedicate focused, quality time to each pet.

When caring for pets in a client’s home, I always follow their instructions carefully to maintain the pet’s normal routine and environment, which helps reduce stress for the animal. I make sure doors and windows are securely closed, monitor pets closely at all times, and avoid any unsafe situations during walks or home visits. I am very attentive to each pet’s behavior and comfort level, and I adjust my approach accordingly. Cleanliness and respect for the home are also very important to me. I ensure litter boxes are clean, feeding areas are tidy, and the space is left in the same condition as when I arrived. With my own two cats and years of experience caring for pets, I understand how important it is for owners to feel confident and at ease while they are away. I treat every pet and home with the same care and respect as my own.
