I have hands-on experience caring for both dogs and cats. I previously cared for my Bedlington Terrier for five years, and I currently have a British Shorthair at home. Having lived with both dogs and cats has helped me understand how different their personalities, routines, and needs can be. Dogs may need more active interaction, walks, play, and companionship, while cats often need patience, consistency, and respect for their personal space. I am responsible, patient, observant, and detail-oriented. I am comfortable with feeding, fresh water, walks, playtime, litter box cleaning, companionship, and following detailed care instructions. I also pay attention to changes in appetite, behaviour, energy level, or anything that seems unusual. Most importantly, I try to care for each pet according to their own personality and routine rather than assuming every animal wants the same kind of attention.
