I pay close attention to your pet’s comfort by keeping their environment calm and stress-free, and I adjust to their routine so they feel secure. If walks are part of their care, I’m happy to take them out for exercise and fresh air. Most importantly, I treat every pet with the same patience, kindness, and attention I would give my own.

I went through a name change. I was Renee and now Zhanara. Call me Z for short if you need to. 😀 I have a big heart for animals, and their safety, happiness, health, and overall well-being are always my top priority. Zhanara is absolutely the best! I have a 10-week-old puppy and an adult dog, and I was in desperate need of a reliable house sitter. Zhanara responded immediately, and we were able to schedule a meet-and-greet the same day. She was so attentive to detail and instantly connected with both of my pups and they adored her! Puppies can be a handful, but Zhanara was completely up to the challenge and went above and beyond in every way. While I was away, she stayed in constant communication, sending frequent text updates and tons of adorable photos. I felt totally at ease knowing my dogs were in her care. I can’t recommend Zhanara enough—she’s amazing and truly one of a kind!
