Pet care experience
Spacious apartment in city centre
We look after either dogs or cats. We live in the city centre and both work from home. There is a gated area at the back of the apartment for your pup’s toilet breaks as required, but we live 5 minutes away from Bute Park and we love going for long walks. We have both grown up around dogs, from gentle giant dobermans to mini Yorkshire terriers.

A big thank you to Zhan for taking such great care of Nino. He was one happy dog, as was clear in the photos and messages Zhan sent throughout the stay. Nino is booked in again already!
Zhan looked after Sissie and Otto wonderfully. They are two big dogs with big personalities and he coped very well with their needs including giving them medication. We had daily videos of them enjoying their walks in beautiful Bute park and would be very happy to have Zhan look after them again
Molly stayed with Zhan and Laura for 8 nights at the end of May. We met prior to her stay and I was very happy with the arrangements and felt Zhan and Laura were a warm and friendly couple. I received some photographs over the period and I when I collected her I felt certain Molly had been well looked after.
We are very happy with the care Zhan and Lauren provided for our cat, Max. They really helped put Max at ease by letting Max come over to explore the property before the actual stay. Zhan provided regular photos and updates as to how he was settling in. Zhan was keen to understand Max's feeding routine, habits, and preferences. It was clear he wanted to get everything right for him. It was obvious Max was settled and well looked after. Would highly recommend Zhan to anyone looking for a caring, reliable, and attentive pet sitter. This is a top floor flat in a busy city center location, but the flat is very quiet and the big windows allowed Max to do lots of people and pidgeon-watching. There are multiple doors that prevent your pet from getting out and it's a safe flat.
Benny was very happy staying with Zhan and Lauren. Zhan was great at showing flexibility around our arrangements, and Benny had plenty of walks and great sleeps!
Zhan & Lauren looked after Quinn wonderfully! They are responsive and we’re really happy to have a meet -up beforehand - it was Quinn’s first sleepover away from home, so we were a bit anxious, and Zhan & Lauren were very reassuring and put us at ease. We were kept updated with lovely photos & a video throughout Quinn’s stay, and Quinn clearly had a lovely time! He mastered the stairs he’d been a bit scared of, and got loads of lovely walks and tummy rubs! I can’t recommend Zhan & Lauren highly enough, and Quinn will definitely be back!

Schedule
As we both work from home we can both take care of pets twenty four seven, we will take them for walks and so they will never be left at home alone.

We are very flexible and can accommodate your pet’s needs. The flat is spacious and there is room for a crate/bed if required. We will make sure to feed them as per their regular schedule.
A typical day
We would keep them entertained with toys, take them to the Bute park for a walk to play fetch, and give them a big fuss. We have a big courtyard behind the flat, so can take them to have a quick run around if they are high energy!
