zef and his wife helped Take care of my dog very last minute, they came for a greet and meet since this was going to be house sitting. They hung out in my apartment the first day, and then the next day they took my dog for an adventure, and he was out all day with them, so I thought it was better than maybe being home alone. They took him on walks, and fed him. It was overall a good days. I will book again. oh, they also came to check on my dog. Immediately. After I found thru the camera that he fell. So it’s very reassuring that they were there for emergencies.

Zef treated my dog like family. Coz loved playing in the yard, having walks and taking naps on the couch. I would definitely use Zef again. Cozzie was well cared for by Zef over the 6 days of my trip.

Zef took great care of Lucci while I was away! Responsive and kept Lucci on his typical schedule. Would highly recommend if you need a dog sitter!

We booked Zef to watch our dog due to a last minute change with our current sitter, so we were very happy he was able to step in. However, this was the first time we had a subpar experience with a dog sitter. A few things to keep in mind before booking with Zef. Before dropping Gemma off, I sent a long list of her habits, things to watch out for and I received no response. I had to follow up to receive a response. Next, when we dropped Gemma off at our agreed upon time, he was not there. His sister (who doesn’t have access to the app) was there. She didn’t know about anything I sent Zef about Gemma. While we were away, communication was almost non existent and seemed like he was copying and pasting all responses. Communication is huge for us as it would be for all pet parents. We also had to ask for photos the entire time and most pictures were taken in the same spot in the yard so unsure if they were even taken in the moment. Lastly, when we picked her up, he was not there even though it was the confirmed time. His sister mentioned she barely ate, meanwhile, he told me that she had no problem eating. It’s extremely important to us that the sitter we pay is attentive, a strong communicator and truly cares for our pet. It is also important that the sitter we sign up for is the one we see during drop off and pick up. Overall - I would second guess booking with Zef to avoid additional anxiety while on a trip.
