Zeb was a great sitter for Cashew and Dale. He was in contact with us regularly and sent pics of the dogs and him hanging out. We enjoyed having him as our sitter. The dogs loved him. Very good experience!

This was my first time using Rover to board our cats. Upon arrival to the sitter's house, with an hour warning on when we would arrive, Zebulun messaged me to say she wasn't home and wouldn't be for an hour. She said that her door was unlocked though and that I could just leave my cats there. I had to leave for a trip, and so I left them there in their carriers in her front living room. I felt very uncomfortable doing this. Especially since her cat was out and hissing at my cats. I asked her to message me when she got home and to send me a pic so I could make sure they were okay. It took her more than an hour to message me and then she said she wasn't even home, her girlfriend was. A pic arrived a few hours later of them in their carriers with the door open. The next day, I asked if I could pick them up an hour earlier than initially planned. She said that was fine and then said she wouldn't be there, but the door would be unlocked again. I got there and found all 3 of my cats hiding behind her couch, terrified. I took them and left. Overall, I'm very uncomfortable that I never met the sitter, and that she repeatedly left her door unlocked. I have no idea what happened while I was gone, as the sitter barely gave me updates.

Zebulon tended to my dogs perfectly. They took to his kind and gentle soul and were calm and content when I returned home from an overnight trip
