I’ve been loving and caring for animals for as long as I can remember. My oldest cat is 18 and was the very first pet I brought home on my own. We’ve been through so many of life’s ups and downs together, and along the way, we’ve welcomed more furry family members into our life. Each one has taught us something new—especially about the wide range of cattitudes and unique personalities we can all have. It’s always been important to me that my pets feel loved and safe, even when I’m not right there with them. I want your pets to feel that same love and comfort when you’re away, too.

Zara gave me frequent updates and I could tell Grimsey was having a great time (and tons of walks)! Zara is super responsive and checked on a couple of miscellaneous house items for me. The house was left in great condition. I will definitely lean on Zara again for dog sitting!

Zara is an absolutely amazing pet sitter and human being. She took care of all of our elderly dog's needs while we were gone, looked after our house, and even cuddled my daughter's stuffed animal so it wouldn't be lonely (per her request). It was so nice to fully relax knowing Zara was taking care of everything and we came home to a relaxed, happy dog and a tidy house. I would hire her again in a heartbeat!
Zara was the absolute BEST pet and house sitter we've had. She truly cared for my pets like they were her own, and she kept my house in immaculate condition while we were away. She sent various pictures with updates to ease my mind so I could truly relax knowing they were in good hands. Between my oversized coonhound and feisty cat, Zara had no problem handling them, and they loved her in return. I will definitely be using her again!

Pet care fits naturally into my lifestyle and routine, making pet sitting a perfect extension of how I live day to day. I work in healthcare operations in a flexible hybrid role, which allows me to adapt my schedule based on the needs of the pets I’m caring for. When I’m booked, I stay in the pet’s home to keep their environment as comfortable and familiar as possible—something I’ve found really helps them feel safe and relaxed while their people are away. I’m based in West Seattle and love spending my time walking or running around our beautiful neighborhood—anywhere from 4 to 13 miles a day—so active dogs especially enjoy staying on the move with me. I’m an explorer at heart, and having a furry companion by my side just makes every outing that much better. I am a quiet solo cat mom who cherishes every opportunity to spend time with animals and let them feel loved when their main squeeze is away.
