DOGGIE HEAVEN
I do an in home pet sitting service.I have been in business with my husband for over 20 years.We pet sit dogs in our home for any length of time needed be it one day,one week or one month.All dogs are kept in our kitchen with dog beds and toys.We have a covered deck in summer which goes down into a large dog yard.We like people to come and see our setup. I am also an owner of Rescue Dog Village.Our dogs are rescued from Louisiana,Mississippi,Alabama,Georgia,Tennesee and locally if possible.All dogs we pet sit will have to come with updated vet records and a rabies tag on the collar.Unfortunately we do not pet sit uneutered males.About this sitter: We own 5 dogs of our own.Our dogs are our children. Why I love dog sitting I have been taking care of dogs for over 20 years.Dogs are my life and what fulfills me.I am part owner of Rescue Dog Village in Ct.I have fostered and adopted out over 200 dogs.My husband and I own 5 dogs of our own .All are rescue dogs.I can't imagine not having a house full of crazy dogs all shapes and sizes.Some watch the squirrels and chipmunks that frequent our deck,some vege out and some spar and play together.I love to watch dogs interact and enjoy themselves as they become comfortable in our home. Meet my pets Our five babies are our children.They go where we go and have adjusted well to all the four legged company we get.We enjoy pet sitting because we are such animal lovers.It is always interesting to watch dogs interact and play.They are real characters and always want and show affection.I can't imagine doing anything else. About my yard Our kitchen goes out onto a covered fenced deck which goes right out into a large fenced in dog yard.Our dog yard is approximately 7500 square feet.My husband does his best to seed and groom the dog yard which I think looks beautiful for a good portion of the year. My experience administering medication I administer medication to dogs all the time.I have given several medications to one pet.There may be an additional fee if I administer more than one medication to one pet.

For a long stay, we chose because of the low rate… but our dog came back with still half the food she should have eaten, scabs on multiple parts of her body (what happened there???) and she was a bit traumatized. We could hear yelling at the dogs through the door.
You might find her cheapest but she house too many dogs at the same time. It seemed like my 10 month got nervous breakdown at the place. She did not ate anything not sure if she slept or not. Moreover we saw her keep spraying a vinegar and water spray on dogs continuously on dog eyes to keep them calm, never seen this anywhere else. I would not recommend.
Very professional, Zara is a true dog lover! She took very good care of my dog while I was away, her pricing was very reasonable and she was polite and transparent. I would definitely book with her again in the future.
Zara has always taken care of our husky Queenie. On this occasion Zara took care of our family of three huskies. Communication between Zara was always very accessible. I have NO doubt about continuing to count on the services of Zara and I recommend it 100%.

A typical day
Here's where we'll take our walks Occasionally we will take your dog around our neighborhood for a walk if playing with other dogs at our house is not sufficient exercise.We live in a beautiful neighborhood with wide roads away from busy traffic or any main roads. Your dog's sleeping arrangement Your dog will sleep any place he or she wants to in our kitchen on dog beds.If your dog stays with us frequently,they may get the run of the house.We also provide crates if requested by the owner otherwise two crates are always open if a dog wants to get away from the pack for some downtime. Time I'll spend with your dog Several hours on and off.I let the dogs intermingle,get to know each other and play.Once they are used to the place,they usually ignore me and just want to play.I usually go out and play ball and spend time with them in the dog yard.My husband also enjoys walking the dogs.
