I have been surrounded by animals for all of my life. Having grown up with cats, dogs and horses, I am very familiar with the individuality of each animal and the importance of catering for the specific needs of each of them. We have had cats in our family for as long as I can remember and our cats have mostly been rescue cats from the RSPCA. My grandparents have always had dogs, specifically spaniels, and I have been surrounded by both labradors and German shepherds through most of my childhood. More recently during my time at university, I spent two years dog walking once a week. The dog I walked was a German shepherd-lurcher cross rescue dog and the walks I took him on were the highlight of my week. I am comfortable around small, medium and large sized dogs. I have flexible working hours and schedule until 16th September.
