Pet care experience
I have lifetime experience of looking after animals which includes dogs, cats, reptiles, fish, rabbits and hamsters. I grew up with two dogs: a border collie (senior care) and a Labrador who I have had and trained since she was a puppy. I often fed, walked, trained and overall cared for all my pets while my parents were in work or away. Now, I live in central Bristol with my landlady and her cockapoo. When she is away on work trips or overseas to see family, I have looked after her dog several times, walking her 3x a day, bathing her, stroking, feeding her and keeping her company. Each dog has their own exciting different personality and needs, and I am committed to giving them the best tailored care possible. I am used to a wide range of ages and breeds and happy to look after any additional animals or follow any further requirements .

Zara was amazing at taking care of my 2 year old pet pomeranian Paddington Bear (Paddy). Paddy has separation anxiety and gets very nervous when he's left alone. When I went away to celebrate my 21st birthday in the Maldives, I was thrilled that Paddy was in good hands. Zara followed my instructions well and sent me regular updates on how Paddy was doing, whether he had eaten and photos on their walk. Paddy seemed so happy and when I came back he was in such a good mood, as if I had never left!! Thank you so much Zara, will definitely be using your services again!!! Xx
I couldn't have asked for a better caretaker for my beloved Oreo, than Zara. From daily walks to cuddle sessions, I knew Oreo was in the best hands possible. I'm forever grateful for the exceptional care and would highly recommend her to anyone in need of a trustworthy pet sitter.
Zara looked after Riley when I went on holiday with my partner in Tenerife. When I came back, Riley didn't even want to know me! We had regular updates and videos of what Riley was up to so I didn't worry at all on holiday. Would defiantly recommend and will book again.

I am happy when looking after your pet to send you regular pictures or have video/phone calls so you know your beloved pal is in safe hands. All pets when walked will be kept on the lead unless requested otherwise and of course any dog waste will be picked up and disposed. I am happy to have a video call or meet up before looking after your dog, if it makes you feel more comfortable!

Let me know if your dog has any special preferences, dietary or medical requirements well ahead of time. Let me know how comfortable your dog is when out and about if they require walking - are they ok with other dogs, afraid of anything, are you happy for them to be let off the lead etc.
A typical day
We will play a bunch of games such as fetch, tug of war and with any of your dog’s toys. I will give your dog a lot of cuddles, strokes and attention (unless they don’t want it!) I will take your dog for walks and let them sniff their surroundings and play with them. I am able to run around with your dog so they can have some exercise if needed - I usually run up to 10km with my Labrador! Depending on your dog’s dietary requirements, I will give dog treats/biscuits and provide these myself at no extra cost. I can bathe or help train your pet at a small additional charge.

Availability
I work from home with pets and have flexibility working from any location. This means I can work while looking after your pet and dog sitting if needed. I can take breaks from work to walk your dog or for drop in visits too. I am also available during early mornings, evenings and overnight on weekdays. On weekends, I am fully flexible.
