It's very important for me to have the comfort of both pets and clients. I make sure to review any routines that you have for your pet and am punctual with updates! I am enthusiastic about meet and greets because it is a key component in making sure everyone is at ease 😊 🔹IMPORTANT: PET/HOUSE SITTING I may have clients that I walk and do check ins with during my stay, in these cases I may be out for a maximum of 2-6 hours (exceptions can apply to puppies, disabled, pets). To assure, I will ALWAYS be with your pet(s) during nights. 🔹IMPORTANT SAFETY: For your dogs protection and mine I DO NOT walk unleashed dogs in high-traffic OR public areas! Additionally, I do not walk leash aggressive dogs. ▪️As mentioned, I value a strong line of communication with my clients to ensure all parties are comfortable! I like to cover a variety of questions regarding your pets' temperament, medical needs, dietary needs, social behavior, commands, and behavior reinforcement. ▪️When house sitting, I ask additional questions about house maintenance, and your own boundaries with your home. Overall, my goal prior to hanging with your wonderful pet(s) is to cover all the bases in order to make sure everyone can acclimate smoothly! All questions are welcome so don't hesitate to ask, I am incredibly flexible ☺️

▪️I am a very active person ✨I am experienced with taking dogs on pet friendly hikes, to the beach, and long walks! For elderly pets I am especially attentative and make sure to listen to their boundaries and needs.

Rover may be applying default charging for incorrect rates (I.E charging you my holiday pay or system glitch). KNOW YOUR SITTER: ▪️CAREER Hello! My name is Zalie (Zah-Lee). For 10+ years, I have been a professional pet sitter and dog walker in Humboldt county. Proper pet handling for all breed types are my main focuse. To expand, my range includes exotic animals, backyard fowl, and livestock of any age, special needs, leash/collar demands, and upbringings. Each pet experience has been a memorable and humbling experience. As a child, I was well known for extending a hand to any animal in need. While my full-time working parents were not enthused every time I wanted to make sure an insect was safe in a patch of grass, or a feral cat was in my arms, they did know my future would be in animal care. Some examples of animals I have cared for: reptiles/amphibians (snakes, turtles, lizards, frogs), rodents/rabbits (hamsters, guinea pigs, chinchillas, rats, and mice), backyard pets (Ducks, chickens, turkeys, BEES, pigeons, goats, sheep), and food gardens and ponds! ▪️NEW ANIMALS 🌼 If you have a backyard pet or exotic pet species I have not worked with, I will discount the pet sit. Learning their care and gaining experience would be my priority! High energy or dog in training? I am a lively person who hikes, jogs, and explores regularly around Humboldt. Additionally, I am experienced with caring for dogs in very structured training and have met with some local trainers in order to gain knowledge on proper approach in care. To conclude, all energy/ training requirements are welcomed! ▪️CERTIFICATIONS ▪️ Dog and Cat CPR and First Aid Certified (Red Cross, 2024)

Zalie is the best. She has been my go to sitter for the past 3/4 years. I have 3 good/naughty dogs that definitely need a lot of attention and their routine followed and Zalie goes above and beyond. When she is watching them I can actually enjoy being away instead of always worrying about them. My dog’s absolutely love her!!
