I had a very sassy adopted Persian cat for about 6 years until she unfortunately passed earlier this spring. (she was an old lady). I adopted my puppy Levi in March 2022 and most recently my new kitty, Mikasa in July.

I've known Zakiya for several years and have personally witnessed her provide excellent care to her own cat and dog. She is gentle, kind and absolutely adores animals. She exhibits so much patience with animals, even when some haven't been as easy. There is no one else i would rather leave my pets with, i am always confident that my dog and cat are in good hands when they're with her.
Zakiya is a compassionate and loving advocate for all pets with a knack for knowing exactly what their needs are. I unreservedly recommended her as a pet caregiver.

Schedule
I currently work full time from home so I have pretty open availability to take care of pets throughout the day. My dog goes on a walk twice throughout the day.

My living room is actually used as a flex work space and it is also where my dog has his bed. It is gated off from the kitchen and the other side is my home office where I usually am throughout the day. I also have a play room for the dog that is located off the living room.
Pets
A typical day
I like to play! My dog loves playing catch so I am happy to do that with a dog I’m taking care of. Long walks are also really nice too! There is a small local park in the area that I like to take my dog to as well :)
