Zai has been absolutely amazing as a dog walker! From the very first visit, it was clear how much they genuinely care about animals. They were reliable, communicative, and always made sure my dog felt comfortable and happy. I loved receiving updates and photos after each walk—it gave me real peace of mind knowing my pup was in such good hands. My dog came back relaxed, well-exercised, and clearly excited to see Zai again each time. It’s not easy to find someone you fully trust with your pet, but Zai exceeded all expectations. While I was away on vacation for 10 days, I hired Zi to take care of my dog, Chanel—and he exceeded every expectation. He visited her three times a day, spent quality time playing with her, and consistently sent me updates and photos, which gave me complete peace of mind. Thanks to Zi, I was able to fully relax and enjoy my trip, knowing Chanel was in such caring and capable hands. His reliability, communication, and genuine care truly set him apart.
