I’m honestly very disappointed. At first, I was understanding about my dog damaging the wall because she’s done it before, and I even reassured Zaiel that it was okay. But after coming home, I felt completely different. My house reeked of pee, the carpet had been peed on, and the wall was damaged. She said the damage happened while she was in the shower, but I find it hard to believe it got that bad in such a short amount of time. I also noticed multiple people coming to my home without being notified, even though we discussed that beforehand. I left detailed instructions that I don’t feel were followed. We already paid for her services, and now we’re stuck paying for repairs and cleaning. My house was definitely not left in the condition I left it in. I trusted her with my dogs and my home, and unfortunately, I regret that decision. I will not be booking her again and would not recommend her.
She left earlier than agreed and did not give my dog the medication for which I left instructions. She also invited more guests over than I had authorized and lied and said she only had one guest over when there were three.
She was friendly and helpful.
Zai was the best dog/house sitter! She took care of our pups and they adored her! Will definitely be booking again for our next time away from home!
