The worst experience ever more like a scam than a dog sitter

Zack provided house sitting for us for 4 days. I would not book with him again. The morning we left for our trip we forgot to write the WiFi down and he was rude to me over text about it. It made it uncomfortable to communicate with him for the rest of our trip. It also made me uneasy about him watching our dog and cats. Also, because we were on a plane and couldn’t give the WiFi right away so he could work from the house, he left the house to go into his office for the full work day. I understand he needs to work, but he left our dog out of his crate which we explicitly told him not to do. If we didn’t have my mother in law come over to check on him he would have been roaming the house all day and gotten into something or destroyed something, which is why he needs to be in his crate when home alone. And again, the rude way he handled it was unacceptable. He also barely sent updates and had to be prompted to send them. The updates he sent were very short and the pictures blurry. Also, he used my office desk to work at and it is now wobbly and I will have to try and fix it. The rest of the house looked fine, and the animals were fine when we got home, but I do not recommend Zack for house sitting. It was a negative experience and I did not have peace of mind during our trip.
