I was born and raised in Anchorage, AK. I do not offer long dog walks anymore. If you have a dog that is fearful/aggressive, please give me a try, I have a lot of experience with those types. I've been a kennel technician for the SPCA, (in Alaska) dog washing and boarding facilities as well as an animal hospital. I absolutely love getting dogs to open up and be a social dog again. I also have experience with large numbers of dogs as well so, please feel free to message me anytime. For house sitting appointments I consider it S.O.P. (Standard operating procedure) to wash any laundry or linens I use. I also tend to leave the house during normal business hours, around 5-8 hours. This will vary day to day, client to client. I also require a Meet and Greet for all new clients with all concerned parties. Rover will not release your address until both parties accept the booking, while I have no issue meeting at a neutral address/setting initially. I will ultimately need to meet with you at the residence that I will be working at, with the animal/s. At the meeting I will have a list of questions about emergency info/plans and then a few personal questions related to my stay. I will also need departure and arrival times to correctly plan out my schedule. I have multiple responsibilities including another part-time job and can not provide around the clock care.

I let them out in the morning and night if the client has a fenced yard and if not I provide a complimentary 5-15 minute walk.

Left our home cleaner than we left it, updates with pictures, not a single worry while we were gone for over 2 weeks. Came home to 2 happy pups who are missing their friend Zack💙. Zack was an excellent dog/house sitter for our two male corgis. He was attentive and communicative. We loved getting photo updates; it gave us so much peace of mind while we were away. Our boys were clearly very cared for, and the house was spotless when we returned. Highly recommend!!
Zack is great at communicating and sending pictures of our pets when we were out of state.
Zach was great. He kept us updated with photos of our floof. We can home to a clean house and a happy, healthy dog.

Schedule
I usually leave the house for 5-8 hours during business hours. I provide pet care before, after and sometimes in between, when my schedule allows it.
