I cannot say enough good things about Zack! He was incredibly kind, patient, and caring with my Great Dane, treating him like one of his own. During our time away, my dog developed some stomach issues and ended up with diarrhea, and Zack went above and beyond by administering medication and making sure he was comfortable, cared for, and closely monitored. Zack kept me updated throughout the stay, was attentive to my dog's needs, and handled everything with such professionalism and compassion. Knowing my pup was in such capable hands gave me complete peace of mind. It is clear that he genuinely loves animals and takes great pride in the care he provides.
