I’ve been surrounded by animals my entire life. Growing up on a farm, my family always had multiple dogs and often cats, so caring for animals has always been second nature to me. I love spending time with pets and making sure they feel safe, comfortable, and well cared for. After college, I regularly pet sat and looked after my parents’ farm while they traveled, sometimes for trips lasting up to a month. This meant caring for multiple animals, sticking to feeding schedules, and making sure everything ran smoothly while they were away. I also helped raise and train my girlfriend’s dog from puppyhood, giving me experience with basic obedience, leash manners, socialization, and establishing a consistent routine.
